I’ve been coming here for over ten years ,food is always good, but for some reason I’m targeted by some of the staff. Most of them know me and are very friendly, but the same woman has targeted me. I spend $80 to $90 once a week. But the last time I looked at the receipt and realized I was over charged. This time I caught it at checkout. The woman said there was a fine print. But it’s not specific. I chose the food accordingly. One at 12.99$ a lb and the other is 10.99$ a lb. She charged me 12.99$for everything. When I confronted her she said I had 70% meat plus buffet. I did not. She said she was going to refund me out of her money. I said no you’re going to give me my money as you overcharged. This makes me sad because 90% of the workers say hi and are pleasant. I always tip as many others don’t. If the owner reads this, please tell that employee to stop trying to chase me away. If she does this to me then I’m sure they’re others. I believe she is jealous that her co workers smile and joke with me. But let’s not chase customers away. It’s in my benefit as well . The food is usually very good and fresh. My other Brazilian restaurants I go to all treat me good. They call me by my first name. WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. I have a service dog and she once refused me entrance and service saying I needed papers. No such thing. Shiba is a gift from the wounded worrier’s project. I’m a veteran and she helps me with mobility and medical alert. But I don’t eat in anymore just not to have conflict with this woman. But if she keeps this up she’s going to get this establishment sued. My dog is ADA protected. I don’t have time to bother with her negativity. I’m trying to stay alive. My name is Anthony Please be kind not...

I will rate this in separate sections. The three things that’s stand out to me which is food quality, service, and price. Food quality is good. I’ve had much better but for the area and other competitors around, it’s actually one of the best. The taste gets a 4 stars from me. Service.... well it was a nightmare and let me explain why. First off the set up is probably the worst I have seen yet. You enter the buffet section in a single line to get your plate and food, and when you want the bbq meats you have to go back out to the window... which is at the front of that same line. It’s hard to explain but people are running into each other and the line is getting backed up because of how the layout is. To make matters worst and explain what I mean about this layout, someone dropped their food right in front of me. That’s how bad it can get. What’s even more disturbing is the fact the staff member was right there watching it happen and did absolutely nothing about it. I wasn’t pleased at all. Now price... this is the usual price by weight so depending how much you take is how much you pay but I will tell you other Brazilian cafes are a little easier on the pockets. I get the same thing on average and here my plate will run me from 17-20 where as the other places will run me 10-13. Again not much of a difference but if you plan on making this place a usual then you will begin to feel it eventually. Overall food is good service can be better especially if they make it more organized and price is not the...

Usually an amazing spot for Brazilian meats and other food, great value. I had only one bad experience here before tonight and I couldn’t figure out why. I always ask for medium rare and it comes out perfectly but the meat that night was terrible and overcooked, fat unrendered and almost raw. He also cut the pieces of meat too big and gave way too much when I asked for a single serving.

Today, the same kid that served me last time was there and I finally figured it out when the exact same thing happened. Meat was horribly overcooked and yet the fat was basically raw. Overserved and undercut too. I asked for a single slice of sirloin as well and he said picanha and sirloin were the same cut of meat in a condescending tone💀Boi I’ve been coming here for months now every other day almost and have gotten both sirloin and picanha. I know Villa serves them as different cuts. This kid has no business being behind the BBQ and he’s always on his phone. Please get rid of him if you are reading this Villa before he ruins your goated establishment.

I’ll keep coming here as the main BBQ guy is amazing and never misses but I’lll turn around and leave immediately as soon as I see that tall kid manning the BBQ from now on, I advise everyone else to do the same to send a message.

Edit: Changed the overall rating because they don’t deserve it because of one...

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: Medium-ish size restaurant, kind of cozy, and clean for the most part. Once you go in, you can go straight ahead to the buffet section and pick your food, whether you're dining in or getting take-out. Keep in mind that anything you pick from the buffet you pay by the pound. Service: Okay, service does not only mean the way you were treated but your experience the whole time you were at the place. One of the ladies at the register saw that I was kind of doubtful about what to pick. She kindly described to me one of the choices I wanted to pick, but I did not know what it was. It is not that I did not like that, but I think this could have been avoided if they had just placed the name and description on all the options. Food: Most of the choices I picked are common, except for the cod fish cakes(a Brazilian recipe). The chicken was okay. The vegetables and guacamole were fresh. Lastly, the cod fish cakes were pretty good. So, I guess the flavors of the food vary from okay to really good. Price: Since you pay by the pound, I think their prices are decent IF you pick wisely.
