W's Bar And Grill — Restaurant in New York

I was here last weekend to have a late dinner (arround 8:30). Me and a friend sat at one of the small tables near the bar. We were ignored for about 15 minutes before the waitress came over and took our drink and appetizer order. We didn't receive our drinks for almost another 15 minutes and then it took almost another 40 minutes for wings and pretzels to come. The service was so bad and everything took so long we didn't bother to order a main course. The food wasn't worth the hour and a half...

Because your menu was so limited WE went next door and brought pizza slices back sat at YOUR bar and had cocktails. The bartender was so nervous the OWNER would be all over HER cams? Imagine? She should be awarding her staff for their CONSCIENTIOUSNESS in CARING for HER customers and NOT worrying about having a slice. What happened to CARING about EACH other’s wellbeing? First time ordered from W’s and very disappointed. The order was placed outside door with no indication it was there, no text no knock on door. The items ordered were not good especially the hamburger platter, the meat was not a fresh chop meat burger but a frozen flat hardly cooked burger. Will not make that mistake again with this restaurant,$75 for a meal that had to discard and the shrimp in a basket was so tiny...
