I went to this Wendy's 505 Utica Ave yesterday and the service was despicable nasty rude cashiers the girls not the boy she was disrespectful and distracted by another employee talking about her personal business to the cashier so she wasn't paying attention to our order no spoon no napkins no receipt no condiments just rude and dismissive even when I ask for them she hesitated to respond nasty 🤢🤮 so I did it again today to see if it was a bad day no same result nasty and it was a different girl my time was 4:45pm to 4:50 pm brown girls ur staff needs training in customer service it's poor if there was a zero star ✨ I would give it over all it is a 1nothing else disgusting place to buy food they kept talking about personal issues while i wait yuk no decorum what's sir ever I will go to the next one further down the block on kings high way to see there service around the same time 4:45 pm yuk 🤮🤮 hire better humans to work in ur establishment they fail on all...
Read moreI ordered a small chocolate frosty and a bottled water. I was informed that they had no bottled water. Alternatively, I asked about getting an unsweet iced tea. The cashier said that they only had the sweetened teas in the window, but I could come inside after I pay and fill a cup with unsweet tea (1. If I wanted to come in, I wouldn't be in the drive through. 2. It just showed that the person inside, who was much closer to the unsweet tea was just being lazy.) I asked if I could just get a cup of water to go with the frosty, and was told that was possible.
When I got to the window, the cashier decided she wanted to charge me $1.09 for tap water in a cup. I asked why, and she acted as if I was trying to swindle her. Considering I was willing to pay for menu items, including bottled waters they didn't have, and the unsweet tea that she was too lazy to walk over and fill up, I took offense to that.
I left without the frosty. Another reason not to go...
Read moreI was very disappointed on the service I received on 8/8/2025@11:00pm . It seems that customer service is falling at the waist side. I drove to the drive thru and said good evening and right of the back I got attitude. I got to window to pay attitude. I received my food and I have to check because I don’t live close to return if my order is messed up. I checked my bag and was missing three items. I brought it to her attention attitude. She told her coworker attitude all in his face. He passes her my missing food in the open not baged. I look at them and there looking at me like I messed up. Come on we have to do better. Whatever issues you have you should never take it out on the customer. I said thank you and drove away but it bothered me because I’m a polite person a paying customer.
