Xokotl Deli — Restaurant in New York

Totally unprofessional. My fresh squeezed juice that I ordered had a vertical slice in the cup. So the drink was sitting in the bag. Soiled through the brown paper bag and onto my burrito bowl. Called the restaurant directly and a woman said she would have a new juice sent over. 3 minutes later a man who appeared to be the owner or manager calls and tells me that the delivery guy said the bag was fine and there wasn't a leak. Visiting to sign to paperwork looked this place up and decided to try out . Awesome tacos and the menu had a lot to offer but what stood out the most is to see a courteous owner/employee taking care of his local customers and even having an old lady take a banana for free and letting a known customer take a bottle of water and pay later, he seemed to know everyone walking in, so refreshing.
