Aaron's Tasty Grill — Restaurant in Newark

I noticed this truck last week while I was walking down to Pizza Hut to pick up dinner. I cannot describe to you how disappointed I was that I didn't know about this truck before I placed that order, and unfortunately you can't return pizza apparently. Oh well.

We live on 22nd street so we finally started to walk down to Aaron's this week, and I'm really happy that we did. We got two of the hibachi meals and they were even better than I was expecting. The veggie selection is very robust, the chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the portions of food were absolutely huge for the price you pay. We were also impressed by how quick everything came out.

Everything I’ve ever tried here has been fantastic. The butter chicken is one of the best meals I’ve had. Great balance of flavor and spice. Not spicy but seasoned just right. They do it as a special a couple times a month and it’s something that our family can’t wait to have when it’s offered. The “normal” menu is great as well. Portion sizes are large and prices are a bargain for what you get. We tried the gyros last night for the first time and they were a hit with all of us.
