Drinks are watered down or flat or just not what they really are supposed to taste like. I tried a Long Island and I tasted nothing but water I couldn’t taste liquor at all. I then asked for Hennessy on the rocks and it was the weakest, less tasteful Hennessy I’ve ever had. Figure I’d taste some alcohol being as though all the different alcohol that’s in a Long Island but I was wrong. They use a pouring cup for measurement on liquor that’s so cheap and is basically nickle and dimeing and their liquor already has a cheap absent taste. Nice looking bar on the inside, bartenders aren’t attractive and one of them had a smell to them. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all and the variety of music sucks. They only play Caribbean music in a predominantly Hispanic area. Don’t waste...

Normally me and my family never leave bad reviews but this establishment was so unprofessional about handling a simple food mishap that I just had to.

We normally get food here, specifically the BBQ chicken and fried rice. However, today we received 4 orders of charred fried chicken instead of BBQ. After we drove home and two people began eating the food, we realized what happened with the chicken.

As any sensible person would - we decided to give them a call and tell them that our orders were incredibly charred and NOT BBQ’d. After sending some pictures over… they basically called us liars and hung up the phone! The woman whom my sister was speaking with claimed she herself handled our order and the order was correct. Seriously! Don’t order food here . Every time! I mean every time , I order food an hour in advance and still go to the restaurant to wait another 30 minutes watching girls with attitude. As I’m writing this, I just drove off from an order I placed 45 mins ago. There’s no customer at the restaurant . A woman sitting in the front, said they will be here just now . She’s not doing anything but still cannot hand me the bag of food. I walked out, they can keep that food and I’ll never ever make a purchase there again.

To the owner, your business needs supervisor from someone you trust. At least install cameras that you can see what your employees are doing . Your business will do much better if you can get your staff to...
