Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newark

This is the second time I've come to this location. I tried to see if the same employee would be there due to the VERY VERY poor customer service that she delivered on the first encounter. Sure enough, she was there and she was sure to not leave her attitude at home YET AGAIN. First off, I get that it's DD, but she literally dressed like she rolled out of bed and started work, head scarf and all. This young lady did not greet anyone that she took orders from nor was a receipt handed to me.. she just walked off with the paper still in the machine. Keep in mind that she already made me wait a very long time to attend to me in general! She came back with the drink, slams it on the table and forcefully pushed the straw to me and slides the donut bag like a hockey puck. If she didn't want to work there, then think I will do her a favor by printing out job listing's in the same area. Needless to say, this location needs a nice visit from corporate. She will be the downfall of this location in particular. 0...

I made a order for $25 two sausage egg and cheese meals , my daughter likes her egg on the side instead of in the sandwich. The manager the tall fair skin young lady that worked today at around 9am she was being difficult and wouldn't put the egg in a bag. I asked her why couldn't I get the egg that I was paying for, and why all of a sudden today (when I do it all the time) I can't put my egg on the side from the sausage egg cheese that I paid for she couldn't give me a legitimate reason why. instead she refused to do it and welllllpp I asked for my money back now you just took two L's having to give me a refund and having to keep the sandwiches all because of ego I hope it was worth it lol she couldn't be a business owner she would loose so many customers over simple stupidness but hey I guess thats why...

I arrived to this Dunkin donuts it was 6:30pm I noticed all the light were off. I was curious to know why all the lights were cut off but the workers were inside. I pull my truck around to the service window and the worker literally ducks down and hides from me. I wait two minutes she pops back up and begins to laugh. She opens the window and asks me how she can help me. I respond asking her why is all the lights off if the store hours on the paper posted on the service window say that the store is open until 10pm. She responds do you want something or not. I kindly responded no and she instantly shut the window. They are literally shutting the lights off and not servicing anyone. They are literally getting paid to stand around and hang out and make people think the store is closed. I hope this makes it...
