Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newark

This is my favorite location so I had 2 do this survey. Itis always clean. I love the staff 😍 They are all so friendly & pleasant & always know how 2 make me smile. Jalen makes my coffee mostly 😋 Ty gurllllll it's always perfect. The staff is mostly 🇭🇹 so I feel really comfortable & welcomed. They are so great 👍🏽 ty 😊

I got an iced coffee & a donut delicious cinnamon donut with blueberry deliciousness inside 😋 I didn't get the donut and couldn't get thru calling the store so I called the 800 customer service number 2 tell them I'd come get it Monday & customer service still sent a complaint in2 the store.

The manager is very familiar with me and he told me no worries come bk & get them anytime.

The food was trash!! How do coffee taste burnt? Like why is the coffee burnt and its only 8am?? My bagel was nasty too and he didn't put enough cream cheese but damn the cream cheese whatever Toaster he use you can tell it's old because it tastes like rusted metal...i know you thinking 🤔 how do a bagel taste like rusted metal?? Samething I said!!! The snacking bacon...I ask for it to be toasted and they microwaved it instead no crunch at all and lukewarm...idk if dunkin changed the kind of bacon they use but this Buffalo flavored bacon is horrible!! Bring back the blacken pepper bacon please!!! There was no line so it was no need to rush and this was my first time coming here and it's my last!! Thank you...

I always always make my own coffee at home but I ran out of my favorite coffee on this particular day so I decided to try DD after at 20 year hiatus. I order a medium coffee with 2 sugars and almond milk. I hand the cashier $3.00 thinking it would be more then enough. The cashier takes the $3.00 and while I waiting for change proceeds to say the total is something like $3.32 . She had to see the look on my face and responded by saying "we charge more for almond milk" and I'm thinking well ---how much more? Never again --- I should have went with my better judgement and I promise I'll never run out of coffee again from this day forward. Coffee at your...
