Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newark

Horrible service. If I could give this place zero or NO STARS I would. The people here always have an attitude. Theyre always limited on their selection of cream cheeses or donuts and even salads (tuna, chicken, etc). I use to go here because it was convenient being very close to my home and job but on one particular visit on 2/22/17 at around 9:25am I HAD IT WITH THEM. I was treated like garbage by a young black girl that was at the window. She had the only unfriendly mugvon her face. She looked like she saw an enemy at her window. She didn't say one word to me, I didn't get a "good morning" nor a "thank you, have a nice day"... Nothing. She handed my bags over to me like "HERE! Take yr sh@# and go!".

Like Really??! I'm giving u my money and u treat me like that? Ghetto ass little girl. The manager here obviously made a mistake hiring her. I tried calling there to advise the manager of my treatment there and someone by the name of Ashley picked up and before I got three words out, she hung up on me. I called right back and no one picked up. It's obvious theyr unsupervised there or whomever owns that place does not care about the reputation of their business.

I’m visited my last time this store today

I was arriving to pick up my order First able there wasn’t a cashiers at front and after like 3min the person come from the back To us with attitude, I wasn’t asking for anything free and that’s how the person view was to me

After I get my order , wrong by miss attending message on the sticker label

In my order was a medium coffee and I received a small since

The day before i didn’t get a reward that I apply to my order …which was a donut only

I didn’t comeback yesterday because I couldn’t go back for it

So today I ask for the donut they forget the other day and even show the order of yesterday

The person just tell me that I got it comeback the same day to request an item that they forgot to put in the bag

I get my donut

But they don’t put the right attention to orders

So I don’t go back to this store I don’t want to find attitude for requests an items that may they forget in future

Bad customer service! I ordered something and they said they didn't have it, I went to the window to pay and asked to add an ice cream cone and they said they couldn't add it to the order. When workers are very young their inexperience in customer service. It was a girl at the window and a guy who was making sandwiches. Dunkin doughnuts is not like it was before, the coffee was delicious, excellent customer service. I was so disappointed. Manager needs to re hire and check references and see if they have skills in customer service.

I honestly think they're LAZY young rude beigns. They rather not make a sandwich and say they don't have it. Never again will I go to this Dinkin!! I will reach out to whomever owns that Dunkin because they need to choose who they want to work at...
