Fong's — Restaurant in Newark

This place is great. I just had some food from there and it was very good. The delivery time was excellent and their customer service was great. The person who takes the orders was very pleasent and professional. Overall, I was very pleased. I must admit I was a little skeptical trying this new place simply because I never have eaten there before and only heard of them through a flyer I recieved. However, I'm soooo glad I did. Great food and great service. A lot of neighborhood restauants have okay food and you usually have to go out of your way to get good authentic food but Fong's Restaurant makes simple dishes you've might of eaten hundreds of times taste brand new. I ordered orange chicken with pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice and it tasted like I was in a higher scale restaurant. Fong's Restaurant is where I will be getting my Chinese food from now on. They rock all the way unlike Golden Dragon in Hillside NJ who has decent food BUT VERY VERY VERY HORRIBLE service. So go to Fong's Restaurant in Newark, NJ. I believe you will love it....

If I could post no stars I would. So I ordered sesame shrimp and fried scallions. The order came to around fourteen dollars. The driver calls ahead I wait two minutes for him to arrive. He gets here and is too lazy to climb four steps to hand me my food through the banister. Then he gives me four dollars change when I gave him a twenty dollar bill. So immediately I tell him and he responds my order was fifteen dollars and some change. I said no it wasn't you stole your tip and you were gonna get five dollars but since you want to be a thief carry on. I get back in place and low and behold my order is wrong I got sesame chicken and it was drowning in sauce. Smh I will never order from this place again. Customers beware and check...

They are truly unprofessional I order some food just as my child likes it and the employee questioned how I feed my child told me what I was ordering was weird and had so many options on it I have never had this issue I believe his name was David after going over to speak to him face to face he was very rude said I could speak to manager but it won’t matter cause he be fired that was the first issue yesterday on 2/8/22 my fiancé orders shrimp and broccoli I ate some with him and we have both been throwing up and constantly using the restroom with hot spurs to our body I work in the food industry and can say this place needs to be shut down there’s no grade available nit even a pending sign this needs to be...
