I doordash for a living so I have the opportunity to visit quite a few restaurants as part of my job obviously.
I recently experience the best cheesesteak I've had in quite some time add another establishment that shall not be mentioned here.
I doordash Jersey Mike's quite frequently and have become pretty familiar with the staff who is wonderful.
They are very very friendly, very courteous oh, and most importantly for me very fast when it comes to delivering what you ordered.
I told them about my recent experience add another establishment and how good their cheesesteak was at which point the GM informed me I thought the other establishments was better only because I had not tried one of their cheesesteaks.
I took her up on the challenge yesterday.
I ordered irregular cheese steak with fried onions and mushrooms which was the same order I placed at the other establishment.
she indicated she never backs down when it comes to a challenge and she definitely delivered.
The cheesesteak was delicious. There was definitely a generous amount of me. And the bread was amazingly soft and have a much better quality than the other establishment.
Surprisingly and excellent product especially for a chain restaurant which usually does not have that something that's delivered Asher local mom-and-pop corner shop when it comes to subs and steaks.
The steak was amazing so much so that I can't say cruise with better they were just both great with Jersey Mike's taking the lead because their bread was better.
I still have to do a head-to-head as far as the subs are concerned but you won't be disappointed at all in any way shape or form if you order the steak

Read moreStaff was super friendly. Looks like they were training but even the training staff was extremely professional and kind. I always like Jersey Mike’s.
I was about to hop on 95 and I knew there was traffic in front of me so I wanted a sandwich. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the tuna sandwich and the mold in the drop ceiling tiles (I’ll get to that)
The girl who made my meal (she has awesome colorful hair) really took a lot of care and was so kind and professional. But the tuna was not good at all. No flavor at all dry. Now I know you don’t go to Jersey Mike’s for a tuna. But I’ve always had my go to‘s there, so I wanted to try something different and I’ve been on a tuna kick lately.
I absolutely will not ever get tuna again from Jersey Mike’s. It wasn’t like it was foul, gross or anything like that. Just no flavor. All around. Not good at all.
The other thing that I have a serious issue with is the ceiling, when you walk in. It had mold around the vents and on the tiles.
It’s looks like they had a water leak sometime before and there is mold all in the ceiling. At first I thought it was just dust coming out of the supply from the HVAC. But after looking at it closer it is mold. Thankfully the mold isn’t over the cooking area but there is definitely 100% mold.
If anybody is reading this from the franchise please address this immediately. Again the only reason this doesn’t have a one star, is because the staff there is great. Kind, professional and just all-around...
Read moreI have been to this location a few times. Food is always good. Employees are nice. Store is always clean. But VERY OVERPRICED. I am not poor by any means and I have a good job but there is just something about spending $18.40 for a large meatball sandwich with extra cheese that rubs me the wrong way. I also order the Rueben and its also good. Again food good, nice people, clean store. Its just the price. What really tops its off is the employees ask for tips. I am not tipping an employee after paying almost $20 for one sandwich. Why don't you open up a store in Chadds Ford and Greenville where people don't care about the prices because they are loaded. This is a middle class community! How you stay in business boggles my mind. Your prices are completely out of touch with working class people. This is the exact reason I go to the little ma and pa sandwich shops 9 out of 10 to get a sandwich because they care about what they charge. I am sure you would charge $40 per sandwich if you thought you could get away with it.
So if you want to give these guys a try and have absolute no care in the world about being "bent over by Charlie" then I say go for it. You will enjoy the food but have remorse later when you look in your wallet or check your bank statement and realize how much you...
