Food is absolutely disgusting, no flavor in the pasta . When you ask for a refund or an accommodation due to the quality of food you paid for, they will not give it to you.

Update To your reply: That is absolutely incorrect. I was NOT ONCE told that there were animal products in the food! So now that you mention it, that makes a lot of sense as to why it tasted the way it did. As a matter a fact I asked The young lady at the counter " Is there any vegan food here". She replied saying " We only have the veggie pasta". If I was informed that any animal products were used in the food I most definitely would have turned around. Secondly, No I did not take 35-45 minutes after receiving the food to return and explain to you guys the problem. I live across the street I returned within 5-10 minutes with the FULL plate of food! Yet you insisted that I have already " ate half of the food" and because I didn't eat inside of the establishment there was nothing you could of done to accommodate me. Which is ridiculous, You literally tried to stand there and tell me I was wrong when you weren't even present when the transaction took place. Yet you insisted that I took over 35-45 minutes to return. Clearly I was not " remembered specifically" So lets stop the lies please and thank you . "Our staff explained that our product that makes the pasta is made from animal product.... you insisted that you wanted pasta" That entire statement is fabricated. When was I informed about the animal products in the pasta? AND When did I INSIST on having the pasta anyway? lets make it make sense.

First of all, the workers there are super nice. This already earns them a 5 star in my eyes. The food can be a little inconsistent. Ackee and saltfish, you get more ackee than the latter. Last time I bought it, there was no taste. The soup, one day I ordered it was very very good. So good that I returned the next day and ordered 2 large ones. Those were salty and not really flavorful. The lady gave me more broth than anything. 1 piece of chicken, a couple of dumplings. But I'm still going there knowing it's a hit or a miss.

Now... The music, especially in the morning is way too loud. It's disrespectful. I would hate to live near there. I walked in one morning, the music was so loud I immediately started to have heart palpitations. It was about 8 in the morning. That was extremely inconsiderate. There is absolutely no reason to play music that loud at any time of the day. Some ppl work at night and sleep during the day. Me... morning can be a little rough because I take sleeping aids. Okay i will start by saying the food was good very flavorful and cooked well. The woman behind the counter was very pleasant and the establishment seem clean. Now what i did have a problem with, I ordered a Small oxtail with plantain and no veggies and it came with rice & pea for $21.00. Now there is no reason i paid $21 for a meal and only got 4 pieces of oxtail, 3 plantains even though i opted out of the veggies they could had give 2 or 3 more plantains and of cours a ton of rice which was more so hard even though it was flavorful.. I can until the price of things have went up but a lot of these carribean restaurants need to do better they are raising prices and giving smaller potions at least if you raise the price keep the same potion and it is absolutely ridiculous to charge someone for and oxtail meal and they only get 4 pieces of oxtail especially when you see 4 is being counted out.. Now i will say they arent cheap with the gravy and thats probably because they think it will cover up the fact that you only got 4 pieces.. The food is good but there portion...
