0 STARS! Multiple times over the yrs the icecream has been sour! No phone to call if that happens so unless you go right back and they arnt closed ur not getting ur money back! STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Only high schoolers working there, high schoolers should not be managers. Very rude! One time I went there waited in drive thru for 20min there were few cars behind me still they knew they had a line finally when I pulled up to the window it was 859 (close at 9 but like I said they knew they had a few ppl in line yet that had been in line for 15-20min) I ordered elephant ear bites and they said they turned off their fryer. I watched them give the person in front of me elephant ear bites. So they saw they 4 ppl in line yet that had been waiting 15-20min and instead of serving the last 4 ppl that had been waiting you shut it off. Bad business. Then the last time I went and why I wont go again. All season they had been open till 9pm advertised on their sign open till 9 this was a week and a half before they were to start closing at 8, I got there at 830 and they said they closed at 8 I said thats false advertisement if you say ur hrs are this and then close an hr early that's not right (I kid you not the so called "manager" said we're not advertising anything... someone that ignorant should not be a manager) then they said McDonald's has icecream and slamed the window shut. They don't dress appropriately for a work environment. They wonder why they arnt getting enough business maybe its because of their attitudes, their food being spoiled, and the way they run a business. We have had so many issues with this place over the yrs but this yr is the worst we will NOT be giving them anymore money hopefully they go out of business or change a lot of...
Read moreFirst and foremost, this is my very first job and I know what it means to run a business in this community. This negative review does not necessarily reflect the quality of their product. However, I have never been more disappointed in a business where I grew up. I went to the oil change place right across the street, I could not use the vacuum with a dollar bill; from there I thought what’s the closest place to get change, how about the ice cream place right next-door. I wait in line for approximately 10 minutes, expecting a very easy transaction. You’re not losing money, I understand you’re also not gaining money. First thing i said when I got to the counter, “I know this is a weird request, but can i get change for this dollar.” The cashier looks up and says let me talk to a manager. She went back to the room, and came out a minute later. She then says “I cannot make change unless you buy something.” I will tell you I will never spend a single dollar at this establishment because of the poor customer service and the poor way that they treat community. Tiny all day every day. They also own the Elsies in Fremont so i would avoid going there.
P.s. order your cups and bowls during your first initial order to avoid a...
Read moreWe went through the driveway and ordered two ice cream cones for my kids. My daughter’s waffle cone broke before we were out of the parking lot. I turned back around and parked to ask if she could put it in a cup with a spoon. She was standing in the parking lot at the window with her scoop of ice cream in her hands and the person at the window said I’d have to get in line and pay 25 cents to get her a cup. I said okay and got in line. It is hot and the ice cream is starting to melt in my daughters hand so I go back up to the window and ask if we can have a cup while we wait to pay. They give us a cup but no spoon. I asked if we could have a spoon and we were given one, but it was another ridiculous question to have to ask to solve such a simple problem. By the time we get to pay for the cup, I was told they can’t accept my debit card for that so a staff member said they’d have to take 25 cents from somewhere else to put it in the “bucket.” Very poor customer service experience and a bad policy for what I imagine is a...
