MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Newberg

At this location 2 times since they opened, first time went into the restaurant to order took forever. Since it just recently open the line was long. Had enough staff, looked like they all were trying to get orders done, however since it’s a new location it’s going to be busy for a while, which is normal. Was not impressed with the pizza, felt like it needed more cheese and sauce it was really dry, all I could taste was the bread. Disappointed and didn’t understand the hype of MOD.

The second time I ordered online, asked for extra cheese and balsamic “drizzle”, pick up was so much easier. Went during lunch time. Got home and again disappointed. I expected cheese all over the pizza at least to the edge where the little sauce they had ended, nope only cheese in the middle and they put way too much balsamic drizzle. I didn’t even taste the red sauce. All I tasted was balsamic and bread. And they hardly put toppings, it’s like they are trained to put very little toppings on!

If you’re in a hurry online is best, however since you’re not there to instruct how you want the pizza you might be disappointed, even if you specifically ask for extra. They are cheap on the sauce and toppings but heavy on...

This MOD Pizza store provided excellent service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

We have several food allergies, and the staff made sure our exposure was minimized and eliminated if possible. The restaurant is not dedicated gluten-free but gluten-friendly.

We ordered a MOD pizza on a gluten-free crust with vegan cheese, cheesy garlic breadsticks on a gluten-free crust using vegan cheese, and a MOD salad.

The dining area was clean. The drink area was well stocked and clean.

The acoustics were OK. The ice machine started and was a bit noisy.

The sidewalk is ramped for wheel chair accessibility. The doors are manual. Wheelchair users may require assistance.

I did not notice any public restrooms. You may have to ask.

There is a decent amount of parking in the parking lot. If dining outside, the noise from 99W may impact...

Where do I even begin? Our experience at this location was beyond disappointing. Despite patiently waiting in line, it felt like we were invisible to the staff. Instead of promptly assisting us, one worker seemed more focused on flattening dough, despite an abundance already prepared. When it was finally our turn, the worker's attitude was appalling. Constantly interrupting and rushing us through our order, it was clear they had no regard for customer satisfaction. Even simple requests for sauces were met with judgment and unnecessary attitude. It's a shame to see such poor service overshadow what could have been a pleasant dining experience. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere, specifically to the Sherwood location, where we've always been treated with respect...
