On a day just a couple weeks ago I had absolutely the worst experience at this Newberry location. I came thru the drive through and specifically and clearly ordered a brisket sandwich, it’s actually the only sandwich I eat from Arby’s (My Favorite). I was asked if I wanted anything else, I responded no thanks that’s all. I was given at total and told to drive around. When I approached the window I was greeted with my total and two workers snickering at something that was apparently more important on their phones. I handed an older African American lady my credit card and waited patient for a few seconds before I received my credit card back. After sitting at the window for about two minutes a gentleman came to the window and asked what I ordered.... to be perfectly honest, I was shocked because I was the only car in the drive thru however I repeated what I had previously ordered..... After waiting some seconds the older lady who originally took my order comes to the window and says to me you didn’t order a brisket you ordered a rueben. I told her no I know what I ordered because that’s the only thing I ever order. She told me I was lying and that my receipt shows that I paid for a rueben. After checking my receipt I was asked to pull forward. After sitting a few seconds another lady comes out and says let me see your card so I can refund you. Honestly I would have been fine with just the sandwich that I ordered and don’t believe it was that much of a difference in price. Well, I handed her my card only to receive a text on my phone alerting me that I had been charged again instead of refunded for the original amount my card was charged. I called the manager over and explained what had happened. He apologized and told me he would directly take care of the situation. He asked me to pull to the front of building until he could get my refund because he was new and someone else had to. He did say he would accommodate me for the mistake with a drink and the original sandwich I ordered but never received. He brought the sandwich and said one of his worker would bring the drinks and my credit card because he had to go to another job. I eventually received my credit card 20 mins after I originally arrived and I may be being a little nice but this is absolutely unacceptable. The older lady who had taken my order made it her business to come outside to bring my card even though she was assigned to the window to tell me to hell when I asked about the drinks the manager said he would accommodate us with for the inconvenience. I have yet to return to this location and I seriously doubt...
Read moreI went to this location today excited to get a French dipping Swiss. I've not had one in forever and was really craving one. So get there go inside and order. No one's in line there I'm the only person in the dining room except one other lady who's eating and I'm waiting there are 15 minutes just to get my sandwich, fries and drink. The auju sauce was HORRIBLE it was watered down and made me gag it was so bad. The sandwich was so soggy and falling apart, after 2 bites I was DONE. one thing I can not deal with is a soggy sandwich, and mind you, it was only just made prior to me leaving. I was horribly disappointed by this experience and probably will never even entertain the idea of coming back to this location. Save your money if you're wanting decent food and go to Sonic or some other place in town because I promise you you will not be satisfied if you go here. That meal was just about $10 and it was all wasted. So disappointed is a huge understatement....

I came in for a quick snack and the first employee to greet me asked what I wanted and I told him I was still figuring it out and he proceeded to scoff off, I wasn't even at the counter yet and wasn't ready to order. When I was ready to order and walked to the counter multiple employees just walked past me. When one finally stopped I then realized I was there during their happy hour special and placed my whole order and realized the order was wrong, they charged me full price for every item. I mentioned that the price was wrong and was told I was supposed to tell them I wanted the happy hour price, seems like they should know I want the cheaper price. After they tried to fix it a few times a few items still were not the right price so I gave up. I then had to wait 10 minutes for them to make my order when I was the only person...
