If I could rate it a zero I definitely would, last night my fiance and I with our kids visited this location, and first thing they got our order totally wrong, second they didn't read our order back to us so we would know there was an error then and could have corrected the mistake, third they handed our order out to us and we informed them it wasn't what we ordered, they girl had the attitude of well that's your fault and when we asked for the drinks we ordered well after informing them the order was wrong to begin with, she told us to pay extra for their mistakes...both my fiance and I have had fast food jobs and I was a manager at one of their competitors as well as a McDonald's crew member in my teens and we were never allowed to treat any customer that way...period! You make the customer happy because it's their repeat business that keeps you employed, in the first place...we are exteextre dissatisfied with the service this location provides and this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this location in particular! I sure hope the management reads these reviews because people neef to be replaced with a better attitude towards customers... completely ridiculous, if you have the opportunity to go to another location McDonald's owns I urge you to do so, any other location in the surrounding areas has good service even when they're really busy! If it's the nightshift avoid this place as a former fast food employee of other restaurants I was and still am completely disgusted with the service...plus as a bonus the fries were old and cold and the burgers weren't even made as we ordered!!!! Will not be going to this location...
Read moreWe got into the drive thru and placed our order at 1:07. We paid and were given our drinks and the happy meal but were asked to pull up to the window ahead because the rest of our order wasn't ready yet. The coke was not good, not correct. We then watched as every car behind us was also sent to the drive thru spots. Then they all got their orders and the next 3 cars were placed in those spots. Then they started to get their food. We were passed by the runner 3 times and he did not stop to ask us if we had gotten our food yet. We stopped him and asked where our order was and at 1:19 he was bringing another persons order out and informed us that someone was coming. He then went back inside and brought our food out at 1:22. We informed him that our sodas were incorrect and he got us new ones. We finally left the drive thru at 1:26. Upon getting home, we realized that we were missing the honey packets for the chicken nuggets and the side of tarter sauce that we paid extra for. I am extremely disappointed in this visit and while I understand trying to get good numbers in the drive thru, by doing it this way customers are getting forgotten and then their orders are thrown together hastily, forgetting things. We didn't even have napkins in our...
Read moreThis McDonald's is a challenge to visit due to the language barrier. The drive-thru speaker is garbled and distorted. The order taker only hears and understands the first item a customer orders, after which it is complicated to get the order taker to correctly understand the other items a customer is wanting to get. It's even worse when the customer is hard of hearing, which is no reflection on the order taker. The customer that is hard of hearing has a real disadvantage, ordering inside at the counter and outside at the drive-thru speaker. It conveys a greater challenge that is not the drive thru order taker's or the counter order taker's fault. Neither is it the customer's. There needs to be an alternative ordering process for individuals with disabilities. There was a menu made for the blind, a few years ago, but I have not noticed one of those in a long time. McDonald's would do well to implement a system of order taking similar to CHICK-FIL-A, which places an order taker outside the facility, who takes drive up orders using a tablet, at the customer's driver side window. The system is much easier and convenient. It cuts down tremendously on food waste and what it costs, resulting in much less profit loss and more profit gain for...
