Awesome customer service orientated staff members, Speedy service, Baristas are trained well, drinks are always satisfactory and exactly as I order, never burnt and never rushed. The only downside to this franchised name is that it is located within a grocer with minimal seating areas for those who want to stop and smell the roses.. I mean arabica beans, before work and a long day ahead but I dare say if you are a young professional on the go then this is the place to be before your commute.

As a former partner, I’d like to share a positive review of the Starbucks drive-through, but after several years of being here in Newcastle it continues to be a colossal disappointment. Not only are the baristas completely incompetent and incapable of making a drink correctly the first time, but the wait for any drink, whether mobile or drive-through, is excessive and is twice or sometimes three times as long as any other Starbucks. Came in on New Year’s Day, only two baristas working. Line was out the door. The service and coffee was amazing. The two baristas were busy bees! I couldn’t even imagine how they were able to handle the traffic. 5 stars...
