The plot thickens; but the blizzard does not.
About a month ago I wrote a review about how they don't flip blizzards at this location anymore. The reason for this, has been discovered. After researching the reason they flip blizzards in the first place is to show that they made it right. There is a "right" way to make a "Blizzard" and they don't flip it because they aren't making them correctly.
