My family and I love this place. We visit twice a year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is a little pricey but it's good...we normally get both the Ham and Turkey half's. Great customer service and I always try to make use of the coupons. 12/2020 I had to share so Christmas of 2020 I went to order my usual Ham and Turkey because of COVID they don't allow you to see your item at time of purchase, so I took my order and left not thinking to check later, so on the day I was setting the table come to find out the Ham was not the same 😔we were so disappointed. So the Saturday we return the Ham and explain what happened, the manager was not in so we had to wait until next week, on Tuesday I called and spoke to the manager explaining to her what happened she apologized and at my request reimbursed me on a gift card for next time. I love HBH in all of the cities I've lived in, so I wanted to take my husband and friend here to experience my favorite - The Honeybaked sandwich. I ordered 3 of them and the only girl at the counter responded that "she usually doesn't make sandwiches." I asked her if there was anyone else that could and she said she's got it. After a wait, she charges me for the 3 Honeybaked sandwiches and I leave. We get about 10 min away and all three are wrong - all classic ham sandwiches. I have been here a few times. I really like the ham sandwich meals. I find them to be very flavorful and a nice change.
The store is further down the Berlin Turnpike, but worth the drive. Your best bet is to get your food to go, as they have one table for two.
I have chuckled both times I ordered when asked if it was for “here or to go,” since both times someone was sitting the table.
Regardless, the service is prompt, and the food good. And you can’t beat the pricing.
