I like my roast beef cut very thin, shaved to be exact. That's just how I like it. It tastes better that way in my opinion. I know it's not a normal request and most don't know how to do it. But if I go there and Cedric is there, he does it perfect every single time!!! I remember the first time going there and meeting him and asking for it to be done that way and was like, yeah I got you. He said it with such confidence that I knew without a doubt it was going to be done right. He has that special touch. I've asked a couple of times that he has not been there and it's never done right. So now, if he's not there I go somewhere else to eat. I just wanted to make sure to give Cedric a shout-out and let him know just how much I appreciate that small gesture. Today I went and wanted it shaved but I didn't see Cedric. So I assumed he wasn't there. But I really wanted roast beef today and didn't want to go anywhere else. So, I asked the two ladies up front if they could shave the roast beef for me and they were like it's already cut very thin. They were nice about it but of course I already know it can be thinner. So I said that Cedric normally does it for me perfectly. And one of the ladies asked if I wanted her to get Cedric to do it. Apparently he was on break or doing something in the back. I immediately got happy and said yes! Please get Cedric to do it. He came and once again, he did an amazing job of getting it just like I like it. It seems like a small and maybe even petty thing. Read moreThis is horribly ran. Management doesn’t care. Customer service has gone out the window. The whole staff acts as if they don’t like people or their job. Been here multiple times and always bad. One time the big deli style sandwich looked like they threw one piece of meet on it with a sliver of cheese, and a crumb of bacon, they gave a hard time about replacing it so I left. Another time it was the sliders. Horrible …and they looked at it like “this is what you get for $2.00.” (Pic below)This time they had new signs up for a promotion all over the drive thru and all on the window, so we pulled in, the lady rudely said we don’t do that til tomorrow. Then gave my wife a hard time about 2 other menu items. Management shouldn’t put all advertisements up days early, including on the drive thru, how would someone driving up know what to or not to order if they can only go by the sign. Management acted like we were bothering them. The owners obviously don’t care either or it wouldnt be so bad for so long. After the pandemic stores amd Restaurants have had to decide to let customers service die just to fill positions, leaving these victim mentality workers just their filling time cards for personal benefit.
