Hardee’s — Restaurant in Newnan

They have unprofessional people working there. You girl mean mugging. Ordered 2 meals and asked girl taking order at drive thru what was in a sandwich. She just ignored the question. Pulled up to the window sat for 8 minutes then I could see them grab my food and take it to the back. She did not say thank you or sorry just kept looking like she was upset. She comes out gives me the meals does not apologize or say sorry for the delay. Doesn't say thank you I asked her about her customer service training she said she she did not have to say thank you nor greet customers. I asked for the manager and she just walked away. I went in there and asked for napkins and ketchup because they did not give any like I asked for ketchup. They refused to let me speak to manager and guy said she was new and it was okay she was rude he said all I can do is apologize. Meal was missing cheese and the girl was just smiling like it was funny to be rude. I called for corporate number and they refused to give it said I had to look it up online. I told them to have manager call me and they never did. If you want ghetto customer service and to be treated bad for giving them a job and paying their salary come here. 7/6/2023 around noon is when this took place so embarrassing and sad. I like the new breakfast bowls, but it's so close to Waffle House it's hard to justify eating at the one on Temple Ave.. I like the Frisco sandwiches, breakfast or lunch but again, Waffle House is the better, obviously... Town and Country has a better breakfast than both as well and it's right across from Hendricks too. So take your pick and hope this helps. Can't speak for the atmosphere as I've only done drive thru. Also the staff is usually rude, inattentive, inexperienced, etc etc etc... The one time I even tried to eat whatever the fast food Mexican place attached to this Hardee's I got sick as a dog and haven't been back to either since. FYI that was about 18 months ago so do what you want and again, hope this helps someone...

Literally waited at the yellow line to get my food from the drive-thru while five cars behind me got their food and I'm still waiting. Then I see a lady come back through that they had got her order wrong too and she handed a bag full of food back through the window that Alicia the cashier took.. you don't know if someone in that car did something to the food and now Hardee's just took it back through their drive-thru window out of the customer's car. That should not happen . And not even 5 seconds after she took the food back through the window I get my food coming out brought to me in that same exact bag that she took back through.
