Silver Star Deli — Restaurant in Newnan

Honest review - DID NOT LIKE IT! The people were super friendly but that DOES NOT makeup for BAD TASTING FOOD. The fries were cold and didn’t even seem all the way cooked. I could also tell by the taste they were some cheap off brand of French fry. It was simply what I should have expected from a restaurant attached to a gas station. But people kept raving about it. Even back last year people told me “YOU SHOULD TRY THEIR WINGS, they’re the best” NASTY THEN AND NASTY NOW! To those people I’d like to say - WOW! Have you ever eaten real food? Have you tasted a fry that was cut straight from a potato? Have you tasted homemade tarter sauce? Y’all are crazy for allowing these kind people to rip you off. Thank goodness we also ordered from Dynasty as well. I would suggest a new brand of French fries. I would change the name from Silver Star to “Rusty Brown Star” - y’all can do...

Absolutely terrible food not even edible and extremely SLOW SERVICE. I had to go pick my food up myself because several drivers contacted me about the LONG WAIT. I ordered through a 3rd party service and my driver contacted me saying the food was not done. The food was not ready. The food is taking too long. I will NEVER order from here again. The fish was undercooked. The burger was burnt. The french fries were cold. I wouldn’t have ate the food they gave me if they’d given it for free. This place should be shut down. This place has the rudest customer service EVER! I placed what I thought was a delivery order through door dash only to find it was a pick up order, I called and told them that I didn’t mind coming to pick it up but, I wanted fresh food since I waited for for dash for an hour, I was told that my mix up wasn’t there mistake, they were not going to remake it. After we exchanged words I received a call back asking was I going to come and pick up the food if not they were going to sell it to someone else after the food was sitting there for 1 hour!!
