Im really disappointed in the service here. I normally come here to enjoy eating pho with my family and friends, but my last visit here the cook was very disrespectful to my family. We found hair in our food and told the waitress, the cook comes out of the kitchen and started yelling saying “his hair is not long and that’s not his hair”. We asked for the check and left. We just wanted something different besides the dish with the hair in it not the poor customer service and disrespect.

😞 VERY SAD OF YOU. You don’t know EXACTLY what happen. It wasn’t my bowl of pho that we saw the TWO strands of hair . It came from the waitress, she wasn’t wearing a hair net or any covering. The cook came out of the kitchen yelling (probably cussing us out in his language) we asked the waitress what did he say, she didn’t want to tell us. So in the MIDDLE of our food (still have a bowl full of pho) we asked for the check and paid for everything we did not finish, plus the hair in my son food as well. So you don’t know exactly what happen.

Whats really disappointing, the fact the cook came out of the kitchen to argue about wether or not it was his hair . The only thing we was concerned about was getting some more food for our child. We didn’t say we weren’t going to pay for the dish. You pretty much assume that because we wanted to try “something new”.

The customer service was POOR, and what you “saw” on your camera was : us asking what was the problem and leaving after being yelled and cussed out in your language from your cook.

we felt that if we accepted anything from your cook it wouldn’t be up to good customer service and afraid he would actually do something to the food. (The way he came out the kitchen)So we left, we didn’t asked for a refund or nothing.

Not sure if the cooks are wearing any hair nets in the back but If not that would be a good idea to do so and especially...

I came into eat for my lunch break ordered my pho and some spring roles, my food came out I ordered chicken,eyeround and brisket instead of brisket they gave me tendons, chicken and eyeround . Told the waiter this order is wrong I didn't order that and instead of taking the whole bowl in the first place he comes back with a side of brisket to put in the messed up order 😑 😒 . I didn't want what they gave me and asked to have it all fixed and he got it fixed but with a additude pretty much. When the food arrived I now had no utensils to eat with and mentioned can I get some chopsticks and also can I get another plate of basil and cilantro since the last 1 went in that messed up bowl. The waiter had to pretty much complain about having to bring out more bean sprouts and everything when really I just asked for cilantro and basil, I still had some of the other stuff left they did t have to bring that but they wouldn't listen to whatbi was trying to say they just walked off. In the end it took them another 20 or so minutes to bri g the bill and when the waiter brought the bill he said I don't have to come back if I don't want too. And so I will never come back they lost a customer for life and I know they don't care either. Before I left they waiter said bye and that there policy is to say bye to everyone so well here is my BYE AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK. LEARN TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND WHEN SOMETHING IS MESSED UP TO JUST FIX IT WITH OUT ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER OVER SOME BEAN SPROUTS AND BASIL GROW UP. LAST AND FINAL TIME IVE EATING PHO THERE I DONT CARE HOW GOOD IT WAS . ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME FOR...

I went newnan restaurant in today with my friend. I ordered P1&P7 pho. But server made order P1&P6. So P6vs P7 tripe in or not. We want to tripe, but server said "you make order P1&P6 , if you want to tripe..extra charge that ok?" .we never change the menu that restaurant open to now(same order many years!!!).. even server said "After eat tripe, you want to more?? , probably your friend eaten(white guy server)."...WHAT???? And she said "Not my fault, yours fault ..your make wrong order, so I can't change anything...you have to pay. That's it...and so on". OMG, her ettitude is horrible. I request manager. But server said "this store doesn't have manager. So I can't (white guy server)" I request cook manager. But also "now very busy..if you want to cook, please waiting..end of close time(white guy/server)" its really???? I got restaurant also. If same that happened my restaurant , I take remake or add tripe or refund..!!! I paid all, but I can't finish my food. Owner have to teach for customer service attitude. She & that guy made liar me& my friend!!!. I never back in there and say to community for what happened in there &...
