I came here on Oct 31, 2024 at 9:35pm. My family and I also wanted to use the restroom, but there was a chair in front each restroom. I asked the cashier-a young woman-if the restrooms were closed or being cleaned. She said âohh cause someone vomited.â I asked if in both. She smiled and shook her head yes. I was confused, but still sat down and ate my food. 10 mins later, 9:45pm, a man and woman were cleaning the dinning room, and a customer wanted to use the restrooms. The employees were talking among themselves and the woman said âI already cleaned the restrooms.â Ultimately, they allowed the customer to use the restroom. I was utterly shocked!!
We needed to use the restroom and were told it was unavailable. We do not eat without washing our hands. We had to eat with a napkin holding our burrito. It appeared to me that they were rushing to clean before the restaurant was even closed. I donât understand how the employees allow this or the manager or owner know and are okay with this. How do you keep a restaurant open for your business, but close the restroom for your costumers? I would a million times rather have the restrooms open and the food not available. Obviously, our situation past and we are not going to make a scene there. Everyone need to know how unethical this was. Hopefully the manager/owner will see this and make changes to...

I'm a very loyal chipotle customer, and eat it about 3-4 times a week regularly for the past couple years. I recently moved to Corona Del Mar, and was very happy with the North Irvine location, however started coming to the one on Bison as it is much closer and convenient. I've been a handful of times, and every time I come, the customer service is simply bad. I have yet to receive a smile, or any dialogue that you would expect towards a customer. It honestly makes me feel uncomfortable, as if I shouldn't be there as a paying, regular customer. I am also surprised, because this location is apparently the Chipotle HQ's "home/testing" location, so you would expect this to be the "role model" for other Chipotles..I can assure you it is not.    Read moreBe prepared to stand in the regular line if you placed a pickup. Today, I placed an order at least 20 mins. in advance. I waited by the pick up and my order was not there. I then had to stand in a long line for regular orders just to inquire about my order. I saw they were busy, however, the girl who helped me was quite terse and rude -- indicating that maybe someone must have taken my pick up order and they would remake it. The side of obnoxious attitude by this worker was unnecessary. Considering how much their prices have gone up -- almost to a sit down price at a restaurant.
