The ube boba was great. The service, however, is lacking. I stood at the pay terminal while a young female employee was making donut boxes with her airpods in. Mind you, there was already a huge stack of boxes already made, at least 30. She looked at me and knew I was there but did not say a word to me and continued to make boxes. Coming from a background of customer service, I found this highly unprofessional and this was my first experience with this establishment. And I felt like I was a ghost at the head of the line. I almost walked away however, upon finally placing my order… the employee never said anything.
She took our order and then that was in. No greeting, no response. I feel as though business don’t provide enough customer service training to their employees and thus the customers suffer.
Good food, bad business....

The screen is for a tip - you know a tip that was only supposed to go to waiting staff that comes to your table to take your order then brings it to your table. So I tip, this time, knowing that this is my last...
