If you want a great tasting bagel. And like them smothered in a spicy spread. This is the right place. They have 3 locations. I have been to all 3 so that is a sign of good placement and food quality. They sell out daily. No day old found here!!! Staff was average,. Not a positive happy vibe,. Just going thru motions. Also the cafe mocha was fresh and strong. Surprised that the coffee was so good. So In closing the company has good quality,. I would suggest you try them

Update August 2022 The customer service has declined. Unfortunately with staff shortage problems,. Staff without the basic understanding of a customer are getting hired.

One of the last few remaining bagel shops with a quality product. Bagels are made right to begin with, and then toasted properly at your request. A bagel shop that doesn't put coffee ahead of the bagel. You know who you are.

I used to be a fairly regular customer at the E. 17th Street location in Costa Mesa, but this one has become my shop of choice.

Employees here are efficient and hardworking, but still manage a moment to nod, smile, and to ensure you receive your order correctly.

My recommendation is to order ahead (I use the online ordering) and then just pop in to pick it up. The parking lot can get busy at peak times, but it's sizable enough, and most of the businesses are quick turnover.
