We started to place our order as normal when the person taking our order interrupted and said please hang on, I have people talking in both my ears. We stopped and waited for them to tell us they were ready so we then proceeded with our order from the beginning. When reading the order back to us everything was correct except a chocolate milk had been mistaken for a chocolate shake which we corrected at that time. When we got to the window we were given the order and the root beer that we were supposed to get was a Dr pepper. We simply asked to have that changed for the correct drink and the woman standing behind the cashier was yelling that's not what you ordered. We advised that that was in fact what we had asked for and repeated it twice. What should have been a simple fix and quick resolution resulted in what ended up being the store manager removing her headset and throwing it against the wall in front of her. She then stormed to the window and asked us what it was that needed fixed. We have been through this drive-thru many times as we live just around the corner and have never seen anyone working there physically remove their headset and throw it against the wall with anger. At this point we just asked for a refund and looked to go somewhere else. It was at that point that the store manager started going on about how they hadn't had power the day before, she had people speaking to her and both ears and there was a lot of chaos going on. After we asked for our money back she then became very arrogant saying what exactly is it that you want me to change, the whole order? This entire disaster was over one drink that was incorrect but her actions at performing her basic job fundamentals clearly were not within herself control. As you can see by my previous reviews I very seldom write about a negative experience but this circumstance was so extreme and so overly dramatic I felt that it needed addressed. Not everyone is suited to work with the public and this is clearly one of those circumstances. The managers name I...
Read moreAlways love the food here. Unfortunately as a previous waitress and someone who has worked in fast food im HUGE on the quality of service. I went through the drive through today with my kids and once we got to the front I asked the woman at the drive thru (who was a manager) if they do a military discount (which we have received everytime we've been there as long as we show our ids) she said no. I said, oh when did you guys stop doing that? She said it's only when in uniform. Curious I said oh I didn't realize because we've always gotten it, no biggie. To which she gave a sparky response and proceeded to close the window and was clearly talking about me to her employees as they all had to come and look through the window at me. Completely unprofessional. Whoever that manager is, if you see this, I truly hope your day gets better but as professionals, we have to stay professional regardless of whatever is going on in our lives. I will not be back. Which I'm sure they don't care, but I wanted everyone to know about the lack of...
Read moreWell, normally not terrible... HOWEVER, this time and a few others, finally decided to say something, soooo here we go. Fries were (and have been) almost unable to be eaten from sheer age. I ordered a TRIPLE beef and cheddar, well at least I got beef... seriously there is hardly an amount of cheese equivalent to a packet of Arby's sauce (see picture) The wrap my son ordered had nearly frozen sliced cheese on it. But as I said before normally it is not NEAR this bad and of course it always happens in the drive thru where you are either on your way out of town or on your way home at the end of the day and cannot get back to confront the staff about it. I have no doubt it would quickly be taken care of but I simply don't believe most want to take the time to come back from their homes to right $10-$20...
