Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Newton Falls

Pizza is yummy and like that I can earn free pizza by creating a pizza profile and I love that I can save favorite pizzas I've ordered. I also like that I can donate the change in my order to St Jude. The website could be a little more user friendly to flow from one screen to another and not just on some screens. I still have to figure out how I can use my free pizza points. It's looks like I cannot access my saved pizzas to order and cannot add the free pizza to the end of my order, so I'm guessing I will have to create 2 orders and write down all the toppings and sauce from what I want to order the free one in 1 order and then go back and create a new order for my 2nd pizza, kinda a pain. The app is not better. I could not access my saved pizzas at all which is one of the perks of having a profile and adding the app to your phone. Also when I called the store they didn't know anything about the app or online experience kind of poor training. When I redeemed my free pizza, it would not let me upgrade the size like it has in the past for an additional charge and at checkout it did not let me redeem my free pizza, so I ended up paying for a medium that I normally would not have ordered and why I placed the order to begin with was because of the free pizza...

What gets me is if I call for delivery they say Im out of delivery range yet they will drive directly past my house on their deliveries. Ill see them go by several times a week. Its not worth the hassle. Ordered a few pizzas today pick up of course and I do understand the brooklyn is slightly greasy but this was ridiculous. Soaked through the box clear onto my table a greasy mess. It could definitely be ran a little better. I know corporate office and their team is super picky and wants things done a specific way consistently and you dont get that with this location. Ordered a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza (specifically emphasized that I wanted EXTRA Buffalo sauce) and of course I get it and it’s just loaded with ranch and chicken no sauce. A Buffalo chicken pizza with no Buffalo sauce.. asked for a refund on just that pizza and of course they said no.
