Tried it twice pizza is great service if you want to call it that is awful. They are terrible could care less about customers it’s almost like you are bothering them or they hate money. I’m disgusted and sick to my stomach it was so awful how we were treated. That was nice of you will never go back. Just wanted to have a nice lunch with my children. It was so terrible we going to Waban or Hearth in Needham but my daughter likes your pizza. Had to beg for plates and ketchup and and condiments. When my daughter asked for plates the women at the counter said do you need them? We were brought up eating on plates. It was really bizarre. I understand covid and being short staffed but maybe this person needs back of the house job. I’ve read ll your reviews and yes most are great but there are a lot that say how rude she is. I have not ordered from them in about a year as I moved, but as I'm back visiting the area I decided to order as I missed their Bianco pizza. Unfortunately their quality has certainly changed since then. I ordered one large pizza and a side of onion rings. My pizza arrived uncut, which was incredibly frustrating as I have arthritis and cutting it myself took quite some time. The crust was obviously not rolled out well, as one side was much thicker and the other I could see my fingers through. There was hardly any of my topping (bacon) on it. The onion rings were extremely overcooked, to the point that the breading was hard as a rock and the onion had disintegrated inside. Final straw was the night I placed an order on the way back to Newton from Logan and got stuck in traffic. Called to say I’d be cutting it close to closing time to pick it up, was told “too bad, we close at 10” I said “I understand, and I don’t think I’ll be there that late, but I want to pay for it and pick it up since it’s already made, I didn’t want you to think I wasn’t coming” once again I got a rather rude “we close at 10”. Got to Newton center at 10:03 and figured it wasn’t even worth trying to pick it up, considering the tone I got on the phone. 5 minutes later I got an angry phone call saying “we’ve been waiting for you” and I calmly said “I was told you close at 10.
