I went in to order a quesadilla. I was told that quesadillas had to be ordered online. Fair enough. I decided to just order it online along with a burrito for my spouse and wait.The expected time was just going to be 12 minutes. After 20 minutes I decided to go up and ask about my order. I was told they didn’t have that order there. I checked my online order and sure enough, I DID order from that location. I went up again and showed her that I did order there. She then asked me what I wanted. Trying to read the order off of the online order receipt, I accidentally asked for fajitas. The girl looked annoyed as if I was asking for too much for my quesadilla. After she handed me the quesadilla. I started to tell her what we ordered on the burrito she said “A burrito? You have to go in the line.” So I said “no. We already ordered this online.” Finally the cashier asked me what my name was and was able to print out the original receipt. She had the girl make it for me. The girl then handed me the wrapped burrito. No bag, no “for here” container, nothing. Just a foiled wrapped burrito in my hand. After finishing half my meal I went back up and asked for a bag to take the rest to go. She said “I gave you a bag.” I assured her that no she didn’t. She then gave me a look of suspicion as if I had a reason to lie about a BAG. She finally handed it to me and I took the bag clearly frustrated. The entire ordeal was so unnecessary. Where to begin. Dirty tables, overstuffed garbage cans. The staff usually stands around in chattering clusters, with no attention paid to taking the customer's order, filling the customer's order, and letting the customer pay. This has been ongoing for months, and it's become so bad that I'm wondering if management is actively sabotaging this branch.
To wit: today I ordered one taco and a burrito. While waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for the meat/fixings person to fill my burrito, it stayed on the counter. As the line grew, counter space became tight. Several minutes passed. Someone else's bowl was placed halfway on my open burrito, directly on the rice and beans, so I asked for a fresh burrito.
This request seemed to confuse the workers. I repeated my request. Nobody moved. The meat/fixings person asked what I wanted on the taco. I said: "Can I get a clean, fresh burrito?"
Blank stares. With the line growing behind me, and the staff standing around, and the burrito problem unsolved, I said: "Screw it. I don't want either."
Walked out. Decided to leave this review, the first time I've ever done so. Yes, there are much bigger problems in the world. There are also much better places to spend your money. Skip this Chipotle. They suck. Truly.

Read moreI want to share my extremely unpleasant experience at Chipotle. This place didn’t just leave me disappointed; it left me feeling outraged by the shocking lack of cleanliness.
When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the filth. Leftover food was scattered across the floor: pieces of avocado, sauce, and napkins, as if no one had cleaned up all day. The tables were sticky and covered in stains, with remnants of food left by previous customers. It felt like the place was completely abandoned.
The most infuriating part, however, was the staff’s indifference. They went about their tasks, completely ignoring the obvious mess around them. No one made any effort to pick up the food off the floor or wipe the dirty tables, even though they clearly had the chance to do so. It gave the impression that customers’ comfort and hygiene were simply not a priority here.
I wouldn’t write this review if this had been a one-time issue or a minor problem, but this was the dirtiest establishment I’ve ever visited. It wasn’t just unpleasant—it felt like a health hazard!
I strongly urge Chipotle’s management to address cleanliness and train their staff properly. Such unsanitary conditions are unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a chain that prides itself on fresh and quality ingredients.
