Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Newton

Worst service I've ever seen. And I don't even mean my service. My order was wrong so I pulled back in the pick-up line. An employee came out to see what was wrong and go make it right, that was okay still. BUT another customer was complaining about their pizza not being "well done" as they had asked. The OWNER who was also outside began to berate her telling her that they can't guarantee that the pizza would be well done. At this point I am thinking WTH is wrong with Scott talking to his customer like that?!? And it got WORSE when be told her that "those other guys" (Northern Lights Pizza) are opening up the road soon and maybe she should take her business there!! WTH?!?!? Apparently Scott doesn't appreciate his customers enough keep them. I will never be back. Plus the 8 piece orders of chicken wings were the most pathetic orders I've ever seen. Worst customer experience I've ever had! On Mothers Day we were expecting a long wait so our first questions was: " How long is the wait for 2 large pizzas?" We were told 45 minutes. That was better than the competition so we ordered. They asked for our phone number. They finished the conversation by saying it'll be an hour wait (different than what we were told at the beginning of this conversation.) When we showed after an hour, they told us they were out of large boxes. We said that was OK we can figure out a way to get it home. Then they said they're out of large crusts too. It was then we found out they didn't make our pizzas and their explanation was 'we couldn't get ahold of you.' We asked them if they had called and they confirmed that they had not. Our local Dominos is amazing! Through this whole pandemic the owner has taken every precaution to ensure not only the safety of his employees but that of our community as well. The quality of the food and service is top notch. Demand for pizza and other items they serve has become so high saught after he has hired more drivers and store workers. To listen to how he talks to his new employees even when they are slammed is awesome. We have a drive up window at our location and the parking lot is packed most evenings but doesn't slow down the speed y service or take away from the quality of the food. If you're in the Newton area and want pizza you will not go wrong here. Keep up the great work guys! You're all Rock...
