Los Amigos — Restaurant in Newton

I called five minutes after I got my food, I explained my food was messed up and that I would just like to come get my side of beans and rice and also the queso I paid for. They accused me of lying, saying none of my food is wrong because the cooks say otherwise than what I said so I decided to just put my proof for everyone to see. I just wanted my food fixed, the problem with that I have no idea especially since I didn’t get two items I paid for and every single item I did get was wrong. Traveling from Oklahoma and decided to try this restaurant. It was very clean, and I’m picky about cleanliness! We were greeted, seated and served promptly and everyone was so friendly! If we needed anything, the first person to walk by took care of it. The food was delicious and very flavorful! Even better than our favorite Mexican restaurant back home! And there’s enough for another meal. I had the vegetarian fajita quesadilla - it’s sometimes hard to find anything vegetarian other than cheese and beans. This was full of different kinds of veggies. -A pretty standard Mexican restaurant with familiar food options- My friend, a local, said that this one was better than the other two Mexican restaurants in town, so we decided to eat here.

The inside structure, especially the arches over the booths, was fitting for a Mexican restaurant, but apparently, it was an Italian restaurant previously.

The entrées were served incredibly fast, within 5 mins from the time we ordered, but per my friend, it was the normal speed which he had come to expect. I had Steak Mexicano, and he had Steak Vaquero. Steak Mexicano was good, but nothing specular. The price was reasonable, $40 after tax and tip for 2 people.
