First off, every time I try to communicate with any of the employees I can't understand a word they're saying. Over the drive-thru intercom or over the counter, I have to ask them to repeat themselves several times before I finish placing my order. Often, my order is wrong.
But today was special. The same woman who usually takes my order not only completely screwed up my order twice, but she never bothered to ring it up in the register. After I gave her my order she just charged me for $10 and gave me no receipt. Because of how busy the whole place was on top of the fact they couldn't get my order right at all, it wasn't until I walked out the door that I realized I paid $10 for roughly $6 worth of food and coffee. And of course there's no way for me to complain and get my money back now because she never used the register when she rang me up.

Hardly do I give low reviews, but this place is awful. The food is not bad but the workers are rude, and often rush taking your orders. And if you are in drive through you are likely to get your wrong order 4 out of 5 times because the guy has a listening problem or doesn't understand especially because he is trying to go at 100 miles a minute. Service at this location is bad. As it is near where I work, I do stop here occasionally (in the hopes that my previous experiences were flukes), but I keep getting disappointed. The the coffee tends to taste burnt, like it had been sitting for too long on the burner. Even the ice coffee tastes this way sometimes. When I went last week, I tried an iced tea thinking that was a "safer" bet as I was desperate for caffeine. However, it had a funky taste to it that made me thing that they didn't fully rinse out the container it was stored in when it was cleaned. Yes, it had a weird chemical, almost "cleaner" like taste to it. That got immediately dumped out. Despite my need for caffeine, I am not going back there. I'd rather drive to another town...
