Consistently delicious food at acceptable prices keep bringing me and my SO back, until we find something better that isn't Capital Grille priced. It's worth mentioning they are one of the few places in the area that accepts Phantom Gourmet gift cards! After countless visits I'm finally writing an in-depth review. (Maybe I should sign up for their under the radar rewards program? Buy-in is steep for $350+ for first $25 off reward. But definitely doable if you go with a large group.) I completely disagree with this location as a romantic or an intimate setting since you can't make a reservation for less than 6 people. This place is extremely child friendly; so that could be a great thing if you're a parent, or somewhat annoying if you're like me. SERVICE We've had different servers each time we've visited with groups ranging from 2 to 5, so unfortunately this aspect is not as consistently as great as the food. One instance we ordered 1 Arancini and my SO loves to make this joke (I cringe each time) where he says "We were so unsatisfied (looking at empty plate), that we insist you bring us another until we are satisfied!" The server took him literally and actually put in another order. We had to awkwardly decline the second serving. My SO noted that this was the first time in the 15 years it had ever happened. (He's since stopped making this joke.) The second time we dined here for our 5 year anniversary as a last minute decision at around 9PM on a Wednesday. We expected the restaurant to be mostly empty (and it was), so it'd be easy to dine in a more intimate setting. We arrive and the host leads us to a table in the middle of the back section of seating, sandwiched between 2 extremely loud groups. One table of 4 with 2 adults and 2 mischievous children. One table of 6 young professionals who looked like they were having a mini-reunion over the last drops of their bottomless wine, talking loudly reminiscing back on their good ol' college years. I hinted to the server, this is a LOUD area and I even had to repeat myself 3 times because he had a hard time hearing me over the other groups. In an effort to brush me off he just said, "Don't worry they will be gone soon" referring to the group of 6. Nope, they lingered for about another hour until they finally paid their bill and said their goodbyes. Now the big troublemaker was the table of kids who needed to be distracted by cartoons blaring loudly on full blast (prior to their meal arriving). FOOD - What haven't we tried on the menu at this point? Worth mentioning that their bread sticks with signature marinara sauce is so tasty! Appetizers (~$7-13) unless you're extremely hungry, you can just skip this since the servers are attentive at refilling those bread sticks. - Misto - great way to sample 3 of their appetizers: Toasted Ravioli, Stuffed Peppers Parmigiana & Calamari Fritti. I love them all except the toasted ravioli, which is more of a take it or leave it deal. - Rosemary Shrimp Toscano - 5 shrimps soaked in the buttery, tangy lemon sauce perfection with 2 crostini Entrees - you know it's good when you look forward to the leftovers for lunch the next day! Honestly everything I've tasted was heavenly. Favorites: Braised Short Rib, Baked Gnocchi, Chicken Lazario Dessert Favorites: Gelato Sundae, peanut butter cake, dream bomba

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is so friendly! The food is really delicious, as well. Everything tasted very freshly made. They start off with cheesy flat bread sticks with their house made red sauce. I thought that red sauce was not bad. We ordered their fried ravioli and their buffalo brussels sprouts. The ravioli tasted like a mozzarella stick, I didn't hate it at all! It comes with a side of red sauce. The brussels sprouts are fried and served with buffalo sauce and hot honey with a bed of ranch. It was my favorite starter there. The past dishes were their mushroom pasta dish and their braised short rib dish. I was impressed with both. The pasta tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. The mushroom dish comes with a half of burrata and truffle. They pack in mushrooms. Really delightful. The short rib pasta actually has chunks of beautifully braised short rib, which was really nice to see! Not all places actually give good portions of meat. Both came with a piece of garlic bread. For dessert, we got the peanut butter pie and tiramisu. Both were a great way to end the meal. The tiramisu tasted homemade. Definitely might be one of my new favorite spots.

My wife and I recently visited Fiorellas in Newton as we’ve dined the many times in the past! My wife LOVED her Shrimp Scampi and said it was absolutely delicious! I was in the mood for a tasty price of fish so I asked if they had Haddock and she said yes but it wasn’t on the menu but they could definitely do a baked Haddock with bread crumbs, I requested brocilli as my side with no garlic, I specifically told the waitress that I am okay with melted butter or an oil seasoning just no added garlic. When I say nothing was on the Broccoli, I mean it was Plain steamed broccoli and flavorless at that, I was also very surprised that the fish which looked good and also lacked flavor! I want to go on record to say Fiorellas has always been a 5 Star Experience. This time I was very disappointed to say the least!

We decided to do curb side pick up tonight. Everything was smooth with picking it up and the food being on time. The problem came with the quality of the food. There were highlights and lowlights for sure. The highlight has to be the peanut butter pie! It was great! The low side would be the empty toasted ravioli and chicken alfredo that was under cooked and clumped together. The orders where all correct and it tasted fine but the price I wanted to to be amazing and it wasn't. Don't get me wrong it was perfectly fine but just wasn't amazing. I would love to give it four stars but the empty Rav (more then one) and poorly cooked pasta left a bad taste in my mouth. Sometime people have bad days and we are all struggling so I'm sure I'll try it again and hopefully they can change my mind!

Beautiful little Italian place that made you feel right at home with their mouthwatering, homemade gourmet cuisine. Good variety of menu to choose from. The thing we love the most is their excellent customer services right from the first time we stepped into this restaurant. All staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The flat breads and stuffed peppers we had for appetizers with lemon chicken and chicken Marsala for dinners which were all good. We had chocolate cake for dessert and it was delicious too. Our dining experience at Fiorella’s Cucina was fantastic! We would definitely come back again and will bring more friend with us next time! Big thanks to Guy, one of their friendly staff, for special gift for both of us on our first night here.
