Hardee’s — Restaurant in Newton

This was by far the worst hard is that I’ve been to. At first, when I walked inside I figured they were just doing a little bit of cleanup while waiting to take my order. I watched three girls by the fryers sitting there talking. They saw that I’m there at the counter waiting, but they just continue to talk finally one came up to me And asked to take my order. I told her I wanted the Frisco burger, medium size light mayo, and make sure that the bread was toasted because for some reason our Hardee’s they don’t like the toast the Texas bread no problem she said stay or to go to go I said While waiting for my food, I turn around and look at the lobby and there’s trays with food on them, nobody is sitting there three table tables used with food, a trashcan, sticking out with food over filing the bag and nobody cleaning it or doing anything with it. I finally get my food And start heading down the road with my family and all of our fries are cold and what do you know I have a Frisco sandwich with bread with bread not toasted it taste like trash or mayonnaise on it definitely not light at all and where’s my tomato. I took a bite out of it to see if it even tasted OK and I bought puked we go back to the store and the girls say is there something wrong yes the bread is not toasted like it’s supposed to be. I don’t have a tomato there’s enough mayonnaise on here to make me wanna gag and the burger/patty taste frozen she apologize and said there’s nothing we can do about the burger/Patty because the boiler is down and that they don’t toast their Texas toast, which I know is bullshit because I ate at Hardee’s in Omaha all the time and they do it there as well other stores that I’ve been through in the US. She didn’t want to replace any of the fries, even though I told her he triumph to show her that they were cold and let her taste that they were cold and all just told me that she wasn’t gonna do anything and the biggest reason why was because the manager just stepped out so I said so you don’t have a manager and she says not at the moment so I can’t do anything well I don’t have time to wait around $43 on food and it’s all waste. It’s just trash and nobody wants to fix any of it because it’s not a manager if you’re bored don’t work put signs on your drive-through put signs on your doors going in. Let people know that and if you don’t know how to make the sandwich properly or french fries you should be working therea pretty pissed off customer at most and $43 down the drain just always be more than anything, Hardee’s what the hell are you gonna...

Horrible customer service. Asked my order twice at the menu board and three times at the window even after taking my money for the order. I had 2 bec biscuits, 1 chicken biscuit and 1 hash round. After sitting 5 minutes (and I'm being nice because it was longer than that) I was TOLD to move forward because the person that was behind me has food ready and it's going to get cold. I said I didn't want to move at this point because I've already been waiting so long and asked why my order was taking so long. The lady said there was a mistake with my order then told me literally it was b.s I won't move. At that point I told her to just refund my money as she was turning around the manager had been walking up with my food to the window when she took it out of his hand and tossed it in the trash right in front of me and told the manager I want my money back. I asked for the corporate phone number and was told by her to look it up and tossed my money into the car window....

The last 3 times I've been here have had issues. I have stopped for breakfast every Sunday for months. No issues. I went on 2 Mondays instead in the last month. First time it took forever but the lady was nice, just seemed new. 2 or 3 weeks later it took a ridiculous amount of time to get to the window. Then she couldn't find my order and after telling her my order 2 more times and her saying huh again, I told her never mind on the order. She replied "yeah, ok". I just drove off. Today I stopped at 730am and pull up to the drive up window. Someone came on the speaker and said they weren't open yet because they had all just gotten there. People were waiting in the parking lot and driving off. Three strikes- I'm out. Never attempting this...
