Perfect Start to My Morning at Hardee’s!

I stopped by a different Hardee’s location this morning, and it completely made my day. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and genuine friendliness. The staff was upbeat, fast, and clearly knew how to keep the morning rush running smoothly. Service? Absolutely 5 stars!

I ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit with Hash Rounds and a fresh cup of coffee—and let me just say, wow. The biscuit was warm, buttery, and perfectly flaky. The sausage had great flavor, and everything was made fresh and served hot. Even the coffee tasted like it was brewed just for me. It’s honestly one of the best fast food breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.

Value was spot-on. The portion sizes were generous, the prices were reasonable, and I left feeling full and happy without breaking the bank.

What really stood out was how clean everything was. The dining area was spotless, the drink station was well-stocked and tidy, and even the restrooms were super clean—which you don’t always find at fast food places. Huge credit to the team for keeping the place in top shape.

This Hardee’s location nailed it. If you’re looking for a fast, filling, and delicious breakfast with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is great...when they're "open 🥴." The closing hours for this place is listed as 10:00 p.m. each night of the week; however, If you come between the hours of about 8-10:00 p.m., you can see employees on the inside of the restaurant and on the outside of the restaurant, but nobody comes to the window when you drive around to do an order and nobody ever answers the phone--whether it's day or night.

I hate to leave a review like this, considering that the day shift workers are usually GREAT at servicing you, but...the night shift is pretty much non-existent. I have tested the time periods of about 8-10:00 p.m. for months now, just to make sure that I wasn't coming on an off night or two, where service may've just been slow, buy it consistently seems like they stop servicing people between 8-10:00 p.m. They really should list their closing hours as 8 p.m., instead of having people think that they actually stay open until 10pm.

I will keep testing out whether or not this closing time actually improves or changes so that it's more accurate, and if it does I will change my review. But considering what I've seen thus far over the past few months, I don't think that it will get better...

Wish I would've gotten the name of the young lady working in the drive-through at 5 AM on July 11, 2025. I normally ask for a name. But I had been driving since Dallas the previous day and coming back from Alabama and I was pretty tired and hungry. I asked if they were serving the lunch menu and she told me no they were not. However, she suggested something that in her opinion more closely resembled something from a lunch menu than the rest of the breakfast menu. She recommended I get extra ham on it and she said she liked it with mayo. So it was a ham cheese and egg on sourdough and it was just fantastic.

She didn't have to go above and beyond it suggest that to me, but it made my morning. Employees like her are valuable. It's evident that they take their job seriously, and enjoy going above and beyond for people. Kudos to this young lady. Hopefully management will read this and...
