We ordered veggies Fajitas. There were only 3 servers there today, and we came doing the rush lunch hour. we had a party of ten and it took a while for us to get there. Normally, when we get fajitas, the food comes out sizzling, but ours didn't today. They looked looked like they were kind of warm. My order came out 1st but my wife out of the 10 orders came out last and both were the same temperature. They have the gratuities already figured in and plus they charged us for using a credit card or $2 even though most people in our party paid cash. Some people in our party left tips on the table, but they didn't know that the tips were already included in, plus they tipped automatically at 15% even. Though there were a lot of things that needed to be improved. 06/03/2023 to day I brought a group with me, and because of the service I will not come back. There were so many things that went wrong. We got there and sat down at 12:30, at 12:40 I had to ask for a menu. WE WERE TOLD THEY RAN OUT! I saw three tables come in after my group and they were all given menus. 12:50 we get 4 menus for all 12 of us. My wife and I order the shrimp burrito with no cheese,something quick I thought.Its now 12:55 and the three tables that came in after my group have ordered, ate, and been replaced by different people. 1:10 a new table that replaced the table that came in after us gets their food.1:15 our food comes out and my food is covered in chesse. It has been 45 minutes and my food is wrong. I send it back and tell them to fix it to go. 1:30 I get my food after sitting there for an hour and not eating a thing. I love Mexican but this place just wasn’t it!! I came from Alabama and wanted to take my grandmother somewhere nice and decided Mexican. We get there get seated and they then bring chips and our cheese dip we requested and the chips were stale so I requested a fresh batch which was good.and the cheese dip was not the real goat cheese I could’ve went to Walmart and got the same kind if I wanted grocery store cheese!! But on to the drinks we order our drinks and she brings them... the sweat tea was decent but my husbands cup was slowly leaking and the side of the cup was cracked all the way down, the waitress just apologized but didn’t offer to bring another cup. Nasty water, probably from dirty ice machine black mold. There are numerous spots in the glass. To many to count. Couple of big spots. No toilet seat in handicap stall. Unacceptable. No manager on duty. Unfortunately didn't see the mold till was leaving in my glass. I pray I don't get sick. We are truck drivers and will not recommend nor ever return. Reported to staff our findings and they didn't respond for nothing. Like I said. No manager on duty Update... my wife did have a soda with ice and now has food poisoning. She has a more sensitive stomach than i do. I atleast didnt get to the bottom of my drink. She finished her soda and had a refill also.
