I’ve been coming to Norm’s for years, and it continues to be one of my favorite spots to meet up with family. 😊 The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I especially appreciate the area for kids — the books and toys make it such a fun place for little ones! The staff are consistently kind and friendly, which really adds to the charm.

One small suggestion that could make the experience even better: it might be nice to use a white sticker or label on the cups instead of writing directly on the plastic. The marker tends to rub off easily — it can get on your hands and even ended up on my shirt once, leaving a little pink stain. 😆 Just a small thing, but it could help keep the experience clean and comfy.

Norm's appeared to be the quintessential espresso shop, iconic building, great ambiance, clean and hard working baristas. I was so disappointed when I ordered a cold brew and it came out as an iced espresso. I knew something was up when there was a cold cup in the lineup with an espresso shot. I questioned the cashier before and after it was prepared, she looked confused. She did offer to make me a different drink. No one there knew what a cold brew was. I feel like they just wanted a trendy item. It seems to me the owner of the shop could of got the true recipe before offering it. The preparation is in the name....
