One small suggestion that could make the experience even better: it might be nice to use a white sticker or label on the cups instead of writing directly on the plastic. I was so disappointed when I ordered a cold brew and it came out as an iced espresso. I knew something was up when there was a cold cup in the lineup with an espresso shot. I questioned the cashier before and after it was prepared, she looked confused. She did offer to make me a different drink. No one there knew what a cold brew was.
