Subway — Restaurant in Newtown

FIRST of all I said I had an allergy but that rude lady named ANGELA. I got food poisoning she didn’t even changed gloves 🧤 and there was a hair in multiple sandiwches. My wife was talking to her politely but she was so stubborn and so rude and she said I don’t work here everyday I work part time is that an EXCUSE TO PUT HAIR IN SANDWICH REALLY???? Didn’t even expect this from franchise like SUBWAY. It’s not subway’s fault but that’s ANGELA’s fault. I didn’t even ask for refund or new sandwich but she just wanted to fight and just kept blubbering nonsense that I don’t work here.

Please SUBWAY DONT HIRE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER. I request. She is something else.

The cleanliness of inside and especially the rear outside the building is sub-par. The service is absolutely sub-par. And the food, well, it's Subway so you get Subway. I observed fruit flies around the soda fountain, unwiped counters and employees with attitudes that clearly demonstrate that there's somewhere else they'd like to be, like underneath this very building where they live. Sandy Hook doesn't need a Subway restaurant, especially a dirty one with poor service. I'm not from the area! I saw this Subway and stopped. No one was inside ordering so I was happy. It looked clean! Made me even happier! I ordered my sandwich and she hid from me while she put the meat on my sandwich. OK when she and my the beginning of my sandwich appeared the meat was standing up! The entire time I'm trying to see just how much meat is on this sandwich. After ordering I finally get to my truck to look at the sandwich.
