Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Niceville

I once was a loyal and weekly customer of this particular Pizza Hut. Even prior to Covid, the accuracy and quality began to decline. Even so, I was willing to weigh the good over the less than good and still order on a regular basis. Now, with Covid the restaurant industry landscape has changed. We are told to be more forgiving, more understanding and more tolerant. I have been- and still this location continues to disappoint. The final straw is the disregard for my health. As I live outside the delivery area, pick up is my only option. I was excited to see on the Pizza Hut app that they offer contactless curbside pick up. Not so fast…..I ordered online selecting this option. The app directs you to park and press the “I’m Here” button. Which I did. I immediately received a call telling me to park in front of the store. I informed the caller that it is a fire lane and has a sign placed there by the plaza owner stating there was no parking for this reason. So I told the caller I was in the very first parking spot not 10 feet beyond this point. No dice. So, as an immunocompromized person trying to be careful during a pandemic I had 3 choices. 1.) park illegally and risk the consequences. 2.) risk my health and possibly life going into the restaurant 3.) or leave and hope for a refund. Hello, I have just filled out a complaint to HR about Pizza Hut in Niceville FL...Start Date March of 2016... Quit date 12/16/2016. I have grown up and remember the same store in the middle of the parking lot before it was moved into the corner... The food and Safety administration have also been contacted. I fear for anyone working in this store to be subject to discrimination directly from (Higher up) MUY employees/Managers. After 8-9 Months of working there I have discovered the Line was not flipped regularly so yes you guessed it, that old meat and cheese in the bottom will sit for day-weeks at a time creating an unsafe work environment . I have worked in food all my life and never have i seen a lack of respect for the consumer. At (ANY) point in time over my career here I have never served or prepared food to anyone that I would not eat myself. rotating the line and washing things without being told and YES! And picking chipped pan off all of the pizza dough. Cleaning the dish pit just so dishes can be done properly. I'm so angry we ordered two pizzas both the same toppings chez and cup pepperoni on what was supposed to thin and crispy crust well we get home and one pizza had no pepperoni on it and the crust was anything but crispy it was not soggy but no where near crispy either to be totally honest it was the worse pizza I have ever tasted in my life it was so bad I didn't even eat it nothing like paying for food just to toss out because it's horrible I'm calling them in the morning and if they don't make it right then it's the last pizza hut I'll ever order anywhere this is the third pizza place in niceville where the food has been terrible Pappa johns little caesars and now pizza hut does no one give a rats ass about serving something good anymore I hate making such a negative post but I'm honest in every post I make while I've had some replays back from some of the places but let's wait and see what happens with this one none of the other two pizzas places didn't care enough to even reply to such a bad post if it was my company and I got a post like this heads would roll write ups giving...
