I liked coming here with my husband and we’ve gotten several energy drinks, typically we have a great experience. However, today, I was feeling under the weather so I packed up my baby and headed to Poppy‘s for a refresher drink with extra “hydration and vitamins“ when I walked in, there was a male working alone. He seemed less than friendly I put in my order for the drink and typed in my number for my rewards and clicked no tip. He looked at the screen, and then he looked at me, walked away and made a drink spent more time than usual by the sink, shaking things in cups. I can’t say for sure, but it seemed like he took water from the sink, all I know is when I got my refresher. It was less than refreshing. It had almost no flavor and was filled with ice and water. I usually go to Daily Dose but decided to try this place since it was closer and Daily Dose was closed. I was planning to try the Samoa Shake and asked if it had a peanut butter flavor—was told it didn’t. Unfortunately, after one sip, that was all I could taste. I politely asked if I could swap it for something else since the info I was given was incorrect, but was told no. So I left with an $11 shake I didn’t want.
