Horrible experience @ the Crestview store trying to order the right size shoes for my son before school started! Was told they would be arriving the next week (week before school started) and they would text/call when they arrived. Sunday rolls around (day before school starts), went into the store to see where his shoes were. Was then told that the shoes were being sent to our home (by the same girl that told us the week before that it was coming to the store). At this time the shoes were showing to be in Alabama! Had to go to another store to buy him another pair of shoes to start school. Was told I'd have to wait for the shoes to be delivered before I can bring them in for a refund. Fine, I get that I guess. Next part is, the shoes went from Alabama to Arizona, then to Tennessee. Not sure why, because they had previously been in Crestview before they shipped them to Alabama! Messed up delivery system and was lied to from the beginning. Never getting shoes at this location ever again! Be ware if you need to order the correct size at this location. Due to their strict return policy, I recently had a frustrating and disappointing experience at Hibbett Sports. I attempted to return shoes without a receipt, hoping to receive store credit. I explained my situation to Mr. Les, a staff member, and inquired if I could get store credit for the shoes. Unfortunately, I was informed that their policy does not allow any returns or exchanges without a receipt.
While I understand the importance of having a receipt as proof of purchase, the inflexibility of their return policy was incredibly frustrating. The shoes were in pristine condition—unworn- and were still in their original packaging with all tags attached. I would have appreciated the opportunity to use store credit, as I planned to purchase another item.

Read moreUnfortunately , it wasn't a good experience this time. We spent a lot of time looking for shoes and found what we wanted. The store had a sign stating Air Force Ones were 20.00 off. When I went to pay, the discount wasn't given. The workers said that had been happening on various styles of shoes and they had no idea which shoes were even part of the discount. I then found a coupon for 10% off , and they weren't able to scan it. I recieve notifications on my phone for discounts all the time , however not one of them was valid to use in your store. Then I was told the system was down and it could take about 15 minutes before I could pay for my items. I do not normally leave a bad review but that shopping experience was a little ridiculous.
