Arby's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

I travel for a living and have to eat fast food all the time. This is EASILY the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to. The fact that the owner thinks Ashley is a “shift manager” is a joke. I walked in Sunday, 4/27 at 3pm and a tall black guy (employee) and Ashley were sitting at a dining room table. She slowly waltzed over to the register as I stood ready to order. She had her cellphone on her, was super dismissive and seemed MISERABLE. I looked at the floor behind the counter and there was food & garbage everywhere. I got my drink cup and went to the beverage area and it was NASTY. I took a quick pic. No napkins. My food was cold. You can see the cheese in the pic isn’t melted and is solid cold. While I ate, Ashley and the tall black guy on drive thru sat back down in the dining room talking loudly like high schoolers in a cafeteria (vs cleaning up any of the nasty messes everywhere). Using inappropriate language. What a joke. My uncle is one of the Arby’s VPs and I’ve never sent him a bad report before but this was so...

Never the most pleasant experience here, every time I come through I feel I’m a bother to them but this last time was kind of the worst, I asked for the strawberry pie they said it was gonna be a 7 min wait and I agreed… I get the pie say thank you nothing said back. Get half way home and get the pie out and this is what I see.. broken smashed and inedible unless I have a spoon. You can not convince me this wasn’t intentional how a freshly fried pie gets this smashed without someone doing it on purpose is beyond me. Yes I made sure I had only grabbed the upper part of the bag and it sat in the seat next to me unharmed. I tried calling and they refuse to answer the phone so I’m just done with this location as it’s the only one I’ve had constant issues . I guess asking them to fry this pie really upset them 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wanted to add I tried eating it and omg it was disgusting I can taste meat I’m guessing it was fried after something else and the meat taste...

I had a coupon for a free Grand Turkey Club. I didn't even know Arby's had anything other than roast beef and I was happily surprised by how good this sandwich was. The bread tasted extremely fresh and the turkey was very tender. All the flavors from the bacon, mayo, cheese, tomato and lettuce blended perfectly with the turkey. This was probably the best fast food sandwich I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the design is very modern looking and makes you feel like you're in a big city. It was a bit quiet in there though; you could hear the employees in the back from all the way in the dining room. The employees were nice, but not above and beyond friendly; definitely good...
