McDonald's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

Nighttime manager is not friendly at all; he closes the lobby at random times. He blamed COVID on it, and told me that I should "watch the news" (this was some months ago) - if he read this, he would know exactly who I am). I believe him, because he wears gloves and a mask, even in 2023 (but more so due to laziness). He's probably 30 years old. I have had several interactions with this "manager", and none were positive. Tonight, he ran my card once, told me that "it would not go through" (I did not hear the error), and asked me for another card. I forced him to run it through again, and eventually the card processed. He was grumbling out loud while processing the payment. Very unprofessional and would not be what I expect from a manager. Did not get a receipt, and the food quality was very poor. The manager took my order (acted like it was an inconvenience), processed my payment (while grumbling the entire time), handed me my drink, and another employee gave me my food. The employee did not provide the manager's name when I asked for it.

This location is decent during the day time (only reason why this got two stars), but second shift is awful.

Update: I went through the drive-thru last week, and did not give a total when I ordered and said "pull around" after I was finished ordering. He gave me my drink, saw that it was me, and refused to serve me further, and made another employee hand me my...

So after having a bad experience at the Tates Creek McDonald's, I decided to start going to this location. I've always gone through the drive, thu, but today my daughter wanted to go in, so we did. I must say i am utterly disgusted by how nasty this location is the bathrooms very unclean....My daughter and i ordered from the kiosk we went to sit in the lobby and omgggg nasty the tables were disgusting the floors were nasty and they had a really bad smell lingering around the lobby which made me rethink if I even wanted to eat there. There was no hospitality at all my burgers were smashed up cold fries 😩 and my apple pie looks like someone tried to open it....The Palomar McDonald's located at 3765 palomar Center Dr is a bit far from where I live but I will definitely be driving all the way there for fresh burgers and fires and a clean lobby oh and don't forget there...

My cat was murdered today (Dec 24th took place around 2pm) so I went through the drive thru and asked for a dozen cookies to help ease my family's pain. I was rang up for each cookie individually which came out to be almost 11 dollars. When I got to the first window to pay a very nice caring individual realized that the person who took my order had wronged me and immediately corrected the problem. She saved me almost 7 dollars by charging me for the tote of cookies instead which gave me 13 cookies instead of 12. To the lady who took my payment i want to say thank you. You are the reason for my 5 star rating. Thank you for being compassionate and for being an amazing human being! And shame on the lady who took my order.
