Wendy's — Restaurant in Nicholasville

Wendy's in Nicholasville on main Street is horrible. If I could give it a zero I would. Last month they didn't give us our Dave's double and fries. Wednesday my daughter had her wisdom teeth out and we stopped to get her a frosty we sat in there drive thru literally for 20 mins we timed it. So I walk in there were maybe 5 people working out of the five people nobody was working only the manager. One guy is on his phone. Then the guy on his phone finally asked what I needed and I can clearly see my frosty melting on the counter. I tell him I just need my frosty so instead of getting the frosty he tells the manager "she needs a frosty" the manger then says " she can wait" like I couldn't hear him. How he tries to recover is by saying just give it to her. Which I do appreciate and I completely understand he was overwhelmed he was the only person working. So another man (not the one on his phone) brings me our frosty's and I ordered 4 there were only 3 so I proceed to tell him I'm missing one he gives me an attitude then I tell him I need spoons so he starts counting down from five extremely loud I don't know if he was trying to count down his anger or what. But it was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Then today we go back and they didn't give us my sons 10 piece nuggets so I sat there until we had all of our food. And not to be pity but after all the mistakes his nuggets looked a little low so I counted them and they only gave him 7. Which wouldn't be a big deal but when I am paying $10 for a meal I expect all the nuggets to be there. I will NEVER go back to...

I pulled in around 8am on Sunday. The car in front of me was at the drive in and then circled the building stopping at the front door and the drive through -no I know why.

I stopped at the speaker and waited over a minute for no response. I pulled up, no one at the first window, no one at the second. I waited and waited. The sign clearly states they are open every day 6:30 AM.

A few minutes later a woman yanked open the driver thru window and yelled at me, "what are you doing in my drive thru"

I said the hours state they are open for breakfast.

She yelled back "no ma'am not true, go online, now get out of my drive thru."

I was from another state and not familiar with the area and pulled out my google maps to find another location.

The lady had closed the door, and yelled loud enough for me to hear "some people".

As I sat there trying to figure out which Wendy's was open and with I was not more out of my way, she opened the window and yelled. "Get out of my drive thru, I'm the general manager and I'm going to call 911, you are breaking the law."

I told her to go ahead, rolled up my window and finished finding my breakfast destination.

My son was concerned that the police would come, I explained to him that we would explain to the officers that we were from out of town and trying to google map another viable Wendy's or breakfast option, before making our way to The hospital to visit our relative.

This lady really was beyond rude, and having worked for Wendy's previously- I know this is not the Wendy's way.

I'm beyond sad that this lady models the behavior...

This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. The employees were hateful & completely inconsiderate & unprofessional (one was even the manager) You couldn't pay me to go back to this location. The food was disgusting literally old, cold, and nasty 🤮🤢 my 3 small children and I went inside and I ordered the food. 5 mins later we received the food and it was HORRID. The food Literally should have gone to the trash not to a human to eat that's how nasty the food was. It was not edible🤮. Then when I kindly asked them if we could get fresh food (that wasn't 3 days old) they got mad and took my food back. So out of spite made me and my 3 toddler kiddos wait for almost an hour to get our FAST FOOD made fresh. Once we finally got the "remade food" they handed us the same thing as the first time and tried to lie about it BUT I WATCHED THEM DO ALL OF THIS. They had us wait an hour just to turn around and give us what they did originally. The employees were so disrespectful and didn't care that my kiddos were starving. They were spiteful and inconsiderate. and I'd never go back here. I ended up throwing my almost $40 order away and took it all as a loss. Had to come home and cook dinner anyways and wasted time and money. This place should be shut down or put under...
