Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Niles Township

My new favorite pizza joint in Chicago! I visited some family in Normal, IL, and I was taken to a Blaze pizza there. I was not aware of this company, and I was assured I would love their pizzas. Sure I did, and immediately I wished we had the same company in Chicago. Well, driving by Touhy the other day, I happily saw this place, and we decided to give it a try. First of all, as I explained my story to the guy who prepared my pizza, they have been in business at this location for 2 years! A surprise for me because I actually shop around here about every other week. But anyway, the most important thing is these pizzas are OUT OF THIS WORLD! The dough is freshly made on site on a daily basis. Also, the pizza is prepared in front of you, which means you pick your pizza, and add whatever you want on them. Then your pizza goes to the fire oven, which you can see because it is in front of you, and in about 6 minutes, your pizza is ready! You can take it to go or eat in, which we did. BTW, the bathrooms are super clean (check my pics), a rare thing to see in these kind of places. The dining area was also pleasant and clean, and the drinking fountain is the usual plus some mango water juice, lemonade, and tea. We don't drink alcohol, but if I am not mistaken they also sell you beer. Bottomline is we have found the perfect pizza joint in Chicago, and we are planning to come here on a weekly basis for our pizza dinner. The place was busy but not overcrowded (my visit was Friday night), but with these prices and quality, I'd be no surprised they are busy any time any day a week. Blaze Pizza is really great and the best oven-baked pizza place in this whole area of Niles. Their pizza is really delicious, high-quality, and very unique. They really made all of their food to perfection. You can really tell that all of the food they served is really fresh and delicious. All of their food on the menu is made to order and freshly cooked. Everything on their menu is reasonably priced and affordable. You can save a lot of money here. Their customer service is top-notch! All of their staff is really nice, friendly, attentive, and decent. They really care about all of their customers and they are also willing to help the customers all the time. All of them are working so fast and quickly. They served the orders right and on time. All of them are well-trained and personable. Outstanding service. Blaze Pizza is the best place to go if you want to experience great customer service and amazing foods. Their location is very accessible, they are easy to find, and they are near to many different areas in the whole city. You can visit their place whenever you want. You will absolutely love how great their place and food are. The whole place is organized, clean, bright, neat, and decent. They have a great atmosphere inside the place. The tables and chairs are perfectly aligned. They have so many dining seats that the customers can occupy. Blaze Pizza is very convenient. I really love Blaze Pizza! Their service was so fast, good, and really impressive. They are really decent and they do their work so perfectly. You can really tell that they really love their job. They are so personable and professional. They really made my experience much better. I am really impressed. Their pizza here is so good, nice, crunchy, and so thin.
