Prior to my visit to this Subway location I was borderline on grabbing lunch from the nearest McDonald's, but passed due to it being overflowed with customers and I remembered that this Subway was in the area. Why wouldn't I make it an option? It has low costing selections and healthier in comparison to a McDonald's, so why not? Plus, I guarantee that Subway will get my order right versus the possibility of McDonald's screwing my order up because of it being overflowed with customers ordering. And, at Subway I can visually see my order being made, as I verbally speak to the employee as he/she puts together my order. With that being said, pros & cons to choosing this location over other restaurants in the area are.
Pros: -Less congested.
-Low calorie choices.
-Open 24 hours.
-Parking.
-Next door to Target.
-Across from Currency Exchange.
-A few stores down from Skokie Swift: Dempster-Skokie.
Cons: -Not many choices of drink flavors.
-No Wifi.
-No drive-thru.
-Congested area at times because of it being in-between Gross Point Rd, Niles Center Rd & Skokie...
Read moreI eat Subway salad twice a day and always in different Subways around the city, but this Subway makes a real proper salad and chops it. I want all Subway establishments to do this. I drove 20 miles here but it costs to come here. I want the Subway owners to see my review. Just do this in every Subway and your profit will be at least 20% more. This is a lot of money that you are losing by not paying attention to the little things. Respect to the staff 👍
Guys, I came back specifically and ordered another salad to take photos and videos and post this review so that everyone could see what a real salad looks like, How it is made correctly! It is amazing. I am very happy that I found this place. Now I will come to all Subways throughout the city and everywhere I will demand that they make my salad exactly this way! I think that this is how the salad should be made in every Subway cafe! I am very grateful to the staff, they do...
Read moreSubway, any Subway, is the same experience. Sandwiches made by people who don't speak English, and evidently don't eat sandwiches. Every visit is an inquisition because there is no standard sub sandwich in this enterprise. Look: a sub must always contain meat, cheese, shredded lettuce, plus onion, tomato, spices, and olive oil. Anything else is not a sub, it's just a sandwich. So why must I communicate in sign language my choice of every single object going into the bread? It can take 15 minutes to specify one sub. Now, compare that to Jimmy John's, where they wrap your sub and hand it over in 45 seconds. Plus, the pre-cut meats at Subway all taste like cold wax lips. I ordinarily don't shop here, but there are ten thousand Subway outlets, all operated by folks airlifted from poverty stricken countries. So it's easy, despite being bad. Like most...
