Pizza Lab and Grill — Restaurant in Niles Township

So glad I searched pizza on google maps and came across this place before ordering from my usuals(Barnaby’s, Pizza Hut, or Halal Pizza Point). The place is nice and clean. The two guys behind the counter who were probably the owners were really nice and personable. The prices are affordable. Ordered their 14” veggie pizza and wow was it good. The crust was light, soft, yet crispy. The toppings were fresh and the cheese was melted perfectly. They asked if I wanted any sauce drizzled over it and I said whatever is spicy and so drizzled their spicy peri sauce and it definitely didn’t disappoint. That sauce brought the heat! I came home and finished 5 slices in 15 minutes and had to cut myself off cause my mouth was on fire. If you like spice I highly recommend their peri sauce. Just had Shawarma pizza and Atomic wings for dinner. Pizza was interesting and it tasted good. A bit different than other pizzas without tomato sauce. It was slightly chewy but fine. They provided three different types of sauces in the box. Atomic wings with mild peri sauce was solid. Not sure why they provided six sauce containers in total for two flavors for free! A bit overkill but much better than other stores who nickel and dime you for everything.

My order pick up time was 20 minutes from maghrib and I still had to pray my asr. With evening traffic, it would have been impossible to get home in time to do asr. Owner was present and he suggested to pray asr in the store which I did. A very nice gesture.

My family and I tried the Bihari and Malai Boti pizzas, and both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The Bihari pizza had that rich, smoky, spicy kick that reminded me of authentic Desi style BBQ with tender meat, the right amount of heat, and amazing cheese that tied it all together. The Malai Boti pizza was creamy, flavorful, and super tender, with just the right blend of herbs and spice.

You can really tell they use quality ingredients, and the crust was soft on the inside with a nice crisp on the edges. The sauces on the side were a perfect touch too.
