Rocco's Pizza Nixa — Restaurant in Nixa

WHAT THE HELL! I'm extremely disappointed with the way things are shaping out here. We came here a couple months ago and the wait staff was not on top of things. Tonight, 10/7 the waitress was absolutely horrible. My friend ordered a beer and it took them 12 minutes to get the drink to him and they still charged him for it. We only had maybe two or three of our drinks actually refilled before we had to ask a another waitress. The waitress did put in my order for my pizza correctly and when I asked her to get me some jalapenos and some hot sauce for it she walked off and clean two tables and did some other stuff. I had to ask another waiter for my items. Not only that whenever we got our bill we were splitting it between two friends and she did not get half of the items right on both the tickets. She also had to ask twice. I really hope this is not a trend as to where Rocco's is going, the food is awesome. However, there needs to be some serious wait staff adjustments. I think next time we will try the one in Republic before we return to the one in Nixa even though it's 5 minutes away.

*This is the one of the best places to get pizza in all of the Ozarks. Their Margarita Pizza is to die for and the bacon chicken ranch is also very wonderful. If you have not had the opportunity to experience those I suggest that you do so...

We have always loved Rocco's pizza, but lately their customer service has really declined at the Nixa location. I called in an order tonight for a Large CBR and Pepperoni pizza and my husband called in an order too and paid for it. My spouse called and cancelled my order placed to avoid double orders. When he brought the pizza home it wasn't even what he ordered. We called the restaurant only to be told that they couldn't confirm the order I placed of exactly what pizza I ordered only that the order was cancelled. The person on the phone argued with my husband that he received the exact order he placed. Instead of a large CBR & Pepperoni pizza we received a large chicken and cheese and a personal pan pepperoni pizza. We were told that we could order a CBR pizza, but would need to pay for it! NOPE.......your mistake for not putting our order in the computer the right way and poor customer service. You have lost our...

UPDATE: Just had what started out to be a bad experience with delivery. Typically when it comes to delivery we just deal with it but the order was incomplete and the pizza was cold. So we called them. The reason I am saying this and still keeping their rating at 5 stars is because of how they handled the situation. We were very nice when we called and they returned the favor. So, hats off to the staff for keeping a very loyal customer!! We have tried many items on their menu and have always been pleased. The pizza is great, they have a great selection of beers on tap, a full bar and they have a very friendly staff. Don't forget to try their jalapeno poppers or fried pickles with the homemade ranch dressing, it's amazing and you will most likely order extra ranch to dip your pizza in! If you're not in the mood for pizza try their amazing Calzones or John's Salad... it's probably the best salad...
