Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Noblesville

The food is always fine… It’s an issue of the service at this particular location. The service is typically just OK… Not terrible but not great. But today I ordered loaves of bread and it would’ve been faster to order the entire sandwich. Two girls were just standing around chatting. Finally someone making sandwiches put her to work wrapping the bread. She struggled to put her gloves on then once she finally got them on, she picked up a spray bottle of cleaner and moved it, and then continued to wrap my bread. She didn’t grab enough stickers to put on the paper wrap, so she kept having to walk across the counter to get another sticker which took even more time. Someone needs to train on good...

Went to this location today for a catering order at 12:15 when the order was supposed to be ready. My wife stood there for over 30 minutes without an update on the order. When she asked how long it would be she was told "a while". My responded that she had already been there for a while and they responded "everyone has". She then left the store and requested the order be voided. After coming home and she telling me the story I was told the manager was "not available." After calling back and finally talking to manager DeMarcus I requested the owners contact information. Have been on hold for over 30...

Went into the restaurant thinking it would be typical fast food service, I was shocked. The man at the register (let’s just call him Max for privacy reasons) looked at me his with his light blue eyes and cheerfully asked “Welcome to Jimmy John’s! Home of the freaky fresh sandwich! May I take your order?” He then proceeded to make my sandwich by himself in approximately 29.9 seconds, freaky fast amirite!? I looked in the sandwich wrap and it had his Snapchat written on it.
